I was totally stunned at how I was treated by a cashier earlier tonight. I am disabled and was in one of those riding carts and was getting groceries which is something I rarely get out to do. I was not familiar with the new device that takes the credit card so I wasnt using it correctly. The cashier just stood there not even attempting to help me as I was waiting with my card in the device, waited there about 3 minutes. I didnt know what to do next. I then see her looking over at another cashier who didnt have any customers and she lowly said to her, "this one here has an attitude" and the other cashier then looked over at me. I then said, "maam is something wrong with my card; I dont mean to have an attitude". She then starts to take the receipt out of her end of the register to look at it. The lady behind me got frustrated and gathered up her items to go to another cashier. She realized the cashier was being rude too. Anyway the cashier that my cashier had told that I had an attitude said that she needed to try my card three times and then it would take it on the third try, which it did. The whole thing was totally unbelieveable. When I got home I didnt have a pecan pie that I had bought either. Apparently it was still on the spinner thing to where I could not see it as I was leaving. I fail to understand how my cashier did not know it was there. I will not be going back to this Walmart ever again. This is not the first time I have been treated rudely by an employee at this store. When I called to say I didnt get my pecan pie the man was very short with me and said to bring my receipt in next time I come in and he practically hung up on me after that, he had a terrible lisp like he was talking with no teeth. Terrible customer service there, they need to take classes in how to treat customers properly. This store is also selling used nail polish as well.

so horrible i didnt even want to give it one star...need to take a bulldozer to it. I was here yesterday and you can bet your butt you will not receive any help at all. NOBODY HERE KNOWS A LICK OF ENGLISH EXCEPT FOR WHEN THEY ARE GETTING PAID. They act like they dont have a clue about what youre saying. customers are rude and dont know very much english at all. I had a customer bump into me then breathe down my neck and watched me type in my pin at checkout. then comes the shelves and merchandise. oh my god is all you can say. HORRIBLE SELECTION. many things are expired, opened, sketchy or have the wrong price tag on them. cashiers...where do I start ;/ first...no english. checkmark! price matching with local competitors. dream on. telling them an item rang up wrong, they dont care. walmart pay is rocket science for them. lastly, my favorite. customer service. once you are done shopping and are miserable you deal with these guys. lines...LONG. amount of people=1 or rarely 2. english...nope. rude=yup. yelling/talking/texting/etc to their coworkers...yessiree. help you with your problem;/ nopeeeeee. go to target next door for better customer service and if you want those low walmart prices, go to a better walmart or match prices at target. manyyyyy ways to avoid this walmart. pick one. you DO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS CRAP

I came in on bald tires with steel showing. My tires are under warranty. Big guy named Wayne lets me know he specializes in tires and my tires are not covered because he thinks I have bad alignment or struts. There is nothing wrong with my car. He whipped out his buddies business card and wants me to go there and see what his friends "second opinion" is. He called the guy and told him my name. I am sure his friend will back him up. Ill take my business to the radcliff wal mart. They know what they are doing and have treated me good. Only reason Im here is because it is close to where I am. If you need auto work dont come here. They are crooks. I guess this just isnt my day. The folks at the Radcliff location know me by name because I have so many issues with the tires they sold me back in December. Every time they had to fix something, I asked for a rotate and balance and was told it was done. The rotate and balance I was told got done is not on my tickets so they are refusing to honor the warranty too. But at least they did not try to tell me my car needs expensive repairs I dont need. I learned to always read the tickets carefully. If your work is free, the associates dont seem to think it matters.

I need to set the record straight. I read some of these reviews and thought I was going to have a miserable experience at Bashford Manor WalMart. I purchased a TV for my office and had to test a particular function. The salesman was accommodating. I purchased the TV, returned to my office, installed it, then found a minor flaw in the picture. I thought this is where I would regret the purchase. I called into the electronics department, They were understanding and helpful, I dismounted the unit, returned to the service desk with all the paperwork and original box in tow. They sent me to Electronics where a helpfully sassy young lady helped make the exchange smooth. Another young man actually tried to help her but she demanded that he stand back because I was HER customer. That is next level customer care and I appreciate having CSRs fight over the right to help me with my return. The whole transaction took 20 minutes and I could not be happier with these young people. So, maybe it is ghetto WalMart, but its not the store, nor the employees that make it such. Some of these negative posts may allude to why the nickname has been awarded to an otherwise decent establishment.

I thought my wife and I were the only ones to refer to THIS Wal-Mart as "Ghetto-Mart " and we have done so for years now, I had to laugh when I read others saying the same thing, but in reality its a shame and not all that funny when you have to wait and wait and wait to get waited on, its ridiculous and one of the reasons that Ive heard Wal-Mart say they are short on help is that they have trouble getting applicants that can pass a drug test, Hell, Ive seen times when I would have Gladly been waited on by someone who was stoned, high or even drunk, than not at all, as for the ethnic diversity there as long as they dont mind me being white and wait on me like they should then I dont care what race or color that they are. Im not even bothered that the homeless live in their parking lots either and beg for money. But to sum things up its pretty Bad when you are the Only Super Wal-Mart ( to my knowledge ) in Louisville that doesnt stay open all night due to so much thievery especially at night. Wait for a hour in line to be waited on or drive up the road where the service is better, your time, your money, your choice.
