Tiene bastante variedad sólo que ayer fui a,comprar y habían cosas en descuento con letreros grandes y ala,ora de pagar en donde pagas tu mismo necesitabas ayuda de algún trabajador y ellos se molestaron por que decía que esos productos no estaban en,descuento cuando les,dijimos que podíamos mostrarle se reuso y siguió diciendo lo,mismo que no está en descuento ..tuvieron que llamar a un supervisor para verificar y también fue lo,mismo hasta que llevamos al,supervisor a ver el letrero,donde decía que el,producto estaba a,50% off ...creo les,falta un,poco de amabilidad a la gente de los cajeros y un,poco más de información entre,empleados ya que ninguno se,dio,cuanta que estaban productos a mitad,de,precio

I never write reviews but this one had to be done. The worst and rudest Walmart I have ever been in. Was basically called a lier. I had to return an air mattress that my wife and I had purchased an hour and half prior to the return because it had a hole in it. The box was opened before it left the store. I couldnt have opened the box before it left the store because it had a security device on it the wrapped the entire box. So then was told that they would not exchange it for a cheaper one. I had to pick one the was the same price or higher priced. But the store did not have anymore of the one I returned. So the customer service person finally did the exchange but told me store policy says they must open the box and packaging before I leave the store. As the customer service person was opening the box says to me, its so I can not return the item as new. And to top it off the only reason for the purchase was that my wife and I was in town was for the burial of my father inlaw. And second of all Im partner in a small business. If we treated our customers the way I was treated we would no longer have a business.

2 stores because of its convenient hours. This particular store has a tendency to stop carrying many of the things I buy. Sometimes for good, sometimes just temporarily. If they didnt get rid of it, then they are out it.... Again. Its very frustrating. Without knowing it, they have nearly removed any reason for me to continue to shop here. If there were another place to get groceries late at night I could probably avoid it. Another draw if the savings catcher on the walmart app... but I could use that with any walmart.

Dont live in ft. payne, but compared to the store in Ooltewah/Collegedale or on signal mtn rd, ft payne store should come for a tour & notes...or just go to Aldi or Publix. To the point, the selection of organic produce was severely lacking; the brands of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash my fam prefers couldnt be found. Nobody had ever heard of the brands in question. It felt like Id walked into a Walmart at least 10 yrs behind the times.

For "convenience" I shop quit often at fort payne Wal-Mart never happy with my experience Ive been in line to check out for over 30 min lots of tims 45 min once most of the cashiers seem to be having a contest to see who can be the slowest. And or you get be hind some one using butt load of cupons, food stamps,snap what ever. Can you say special line for that. And NO Im not using self check out I dont work their. Give me 10% off maby.

I usually come in with my service dog, Ricochet, but today she was at home, and I had my new pup I was training. I called from the parking lot and asked the manager if it would be alright to bring her in, as she is just starting store training, and she was as welcome as I was! Clean store, friendly people and accommodating...what more could you wish for? Thank you so much, Fort Payne Walmart. <3

Stand in line at night for long periods with a line of people behind me.. One lane open ... I guess they are trying to force people to self checkout . Every time this happens I will leave my Items in buggy and leave and shop elsewhere. Then instead of taking in money ..they can spend money putting items back in stock.. now that to me doesnt make good sense.

Got used to a certain Frozen Chinese food now theyve discontinued it. Ive noticed that quite a bit lately youve got something and then boom its gone. Ill talk to the lady in the frozen foods she told me that was discontinued she didnt understand it was a good seller I dont know

You cant give a 2.5 so... EMPLOYEES super unfriendly except a few, not helpful. But mostly they look sad, sound sad and oppressed. WALMART MGR. YOU CANT HAVE A STORE WITHOUT EMPLOYEES - TREAT THEM BETTER , LIKE THEY ARE WHAT KEEPS YOUR DOORS OPEN. Mgmt awful.

They had the dog food I was looking for.but wal-mart in for Payne and the Wal-Mart in centre sold out of my square Grove cappuccino 18 pack I love so much.they just dont keep it in store.so they can make us but other stuff.im not pleased with neather store.

I usually go after 10pm and there is a cashier(?) named Lisa that is awesome. The scan n go works well if it isnt blocked off for some reason. The selection could be better in all departments. But it is better than most of the hometown grocery stores

in the middle of 50 or more customers checking out at 545pm they shutdown ALL registers for system maintenance. IF it had been 11pm - 5am I would have completely understood and agreed with the time they chose. but not during busy hours.

It has just about everything you need. Ive never really had an issue there and everyone working there that I came in contact with were always polite. I do wished it carried more unique foods but its good for what it offers.

Clean store, great staff. Called late one night with questions about a fish tank and the girl who answered was so sweet and helpful, unlike scottsboro Walmart. This will be the store I go to from now on.

Its A walmart... have most all you will need. Never enough checkouts open. Parking lot is very strangely configured, have to be careful not to get run over getting in and out.

This place drives me nuts. Parking is a nightmare, shoppers are rude, staff always seems miserable, they stop selling items that are popular. Customer service is the worst.
