Went in to get some work boots. The sales guy pointed to a wall and said to go pick what I like. Didnt ask what I did or needed them for (every boot serves a different job). Luckily I knew going in what I wanted but they didnt have them in stock. I had to ask them to order them, they didnt volunteer to. Told me no more than 10 days. 20 days later I finally get a call that they where in ( I called but was told I had to wait for them to call me, refused to check on anything). I go in and all three employees are on cell phones. I ask the lady at the register who can help me get my shoes, she stares blankly at me and goes back to her phone and sandwich, disgusting to eat at the sales counter. Finally one of the people says " I guess Ill be the one to help you". They hand me my boots no thank you or good bye, sits back down and goes back to their phone. I went there because work provides easy payment through them. I will not be back.

My boyfriend went into the Okun Brothers store to return his pair of boots because after 3 months they were already ripping and wearing by the soles. He came in with his receipt and explained that hed like a refund or another pair of shoes. The workers were extremely rude to him and tried to say that it was his fault, and his shoes were tearing because of the way he was taking them off. He overpaid for boots that were cheap quality & paid a company that did not deserve his money. Im extremely irritated with their customer service and that they didnt compensate him- instead they blamed him. Wont be making another purchase ever again, thanks Okun Brothers!

I really didnt want to give them any star when doing this rate. The place was clean and that was the only nice thing about okun bros. The salesperson was rude, the attitudes were as if they were mad you came into the store. I dont recommend anyone waste their time there unless you absolutely have to go there. In other words, if all others fail, this store should be your last resort. Expect a rushed experience and nasty attitude when you go inside.

For the small amount of boots they are great quality boots. They offer a 25% discount if youre a union member or contractor. I used my badge from AEP D.C Cook Nuclear plant and that sufficed for them. Would be a 5 star if they had a bigger selection.

I always get my work shoes from here. The staff is straight to the point. They directed me to the wall of steel toe shoes/boots and left me alone. Once I had selected my shoes they got my size and I was on my way.

Saturday , October 1 at 4:30 pm. Just drove 45 minutes to get here and deposited $2 in meter....doors are locked. Website and sign on door say open til 6. Not happy and will not be returning!

Good selection of work boots, staff doesnt hover. Had an issue with a pair of boots after 3 months of daily wear, the fault made them unwearable, no questions asked, replaced!

To the arrogant salesman today yes there are other places near by to buy made in U.S.A. Red Wing boots. Oh yeah and they were $40.00 cheaper. Very disappointed

Went looking for Timberland boot, which was over $120.00. Close to same boot at Marshalls was $60, while DSW was $80. Just not the same since they sold out.
