This walmart is the worst Ive ever been to the employees are terrible the management is awful there store is confusing & very unorganized they are rude & VERY RACIST IN THAT STORE I have never in my life felt so discriminated against ever.. Also I was a former employee of this walmart treated unfairly & discriminated against was told I was harassing employees & was threatening them when all I say is to leave me alone because I dont appreciate how they treat me & they do not care about anything unless your white this walmart is the WORST & needs to be shut down completely.

Since the revamp it is definitely nicer and offers more gluten-free options than Meijer. Food and home goods are available at good prices. Their gardening section leaves much to be desired, and the employees are impossible. Most recently was when grocery shopping during rush hour when only two checkout lanes were open and the cashier was casually chatting with a customer and her survival-bunker quantity of food while a monstrous line of people waited. Tl;dr Staff are obnoxiously unfriendly and unhelpful, food and self-checkout is the best way to go.

Wal-Mart on Shaver Road has a lot of electronics and art supplies and things that I need it are at a competitive price. Ive experienced it with other Walmarts where is things are falling off the shelves or damaged but this particular Walmart has been well cared for and maintained and I do not find the damage that I find it all the Walmarts. I also like the fact that Walmart employees human beings at checkout and I actually know a couple of them are cashiers.

One of the items Ive been waiting for was out of stock. So they give you that option to be notified when the item comes back in stock. Well looking at their website after I wake up I notice there was one. No notification from them telling me that the item I was waiting for was restocked, and then the item I was waiting for was gone yet again. Thank you Wal-Mart employee whoever takes care of online stocking. You really screwed me over for a good deal.

I was assaulted on my way out of the store Monday August 22 2016 by what appeared to be a stocker on his way in for the night who was carrying his vest instead of wearing it. I wish I had had the presence of mind to call the police in that moment. Now Im waiting for either corporate customer service to respond to my email or for the store to respond because of this post.

Poorly managed, even for a Walmart. On my last trip to this location ("last" as in "final"), a busy-body employee was rude and unprofessional toward my family for no valid reason - not once but TWICE in the same visit. I politely brought the incidents to the store managers attention in writing and never received an acknowledgement of any kind.

Would not turn pump on to fill up why do the have the button on the pump that says pay attendant had my very young daughter in the truck that was sick at the time didnt want to take her out in the cold twice to pay to fill up then again to get change take the function button of the pump to pay attendant and put pre pay only on your pumps

Its ok. Some of the employees could use a lesson on being nice to each other also it would be good if they all cross trained in all the departments so they can help the customers better. I really dont like it when I ask an employee about something and their like " uuhhh not sure where thats at its not in my department ".

Nice remodel. Fresh produce but lazy staff with attitude. Asked for a price check as sign under Pepsi products said roll back price $1.00. It took three people 20 minutes to decide who was going to help me. Really? 20 minutes for a price check? The gal told me that it wasnt on sale even though the sticker said it was.

We made a quick stop here for a handful of items while on a weekend trip to Kalamazoo. My wife was the one to run in. She said that the store was clean, the people at the door were friendly and the checkouts were fairly quick. She said that she was able to find what she needed easily.

My son was given a book for Christmas, which was bought at Walmart. We had the receipt and everything and we werent allowed to return it due to some copywrite issue. Why in the world can you not return books?! Just furthers the reasoning of why I dont care to shop at Walmart.

Walmart shaver road sucks. Everytime I go there are several problems can never see a manager. When I did see the store manager she was very rude and made rude remarks. My currently attempting to sue. Theres no way I should spend money and get nothing but disrespect.

Called many times and put on hold for over 30 minutes total. Called back a different day and was put on hold again for over ten minutes called back to talk to a manager and even the manager never came back. Absolutely done with this crappy ass store!!

Horrible, I bought some food item then they over charged, so I brought it to their attention, and I overheard the checkout women talk to her coworker and they called me cheap. Very unprofessional although there was a very kind greeting lady.

Cashiers dont know how to use the registers. Whats the use of saving money if they ring up one item twice, and then make you walk across the store and wait in line at customer service for a refund? A LONG LINE. The place is a zoo.

Its starting to look nice since they are converting to a super center. But everything is kind of pushed together right now and they dont have all of the food section finished quite yet m but overall it is a beautiful Walmart.

This walmart Just drives me nuts because every time I pull in I remember that its not a Super Walmart! Blah.... They do have oil changes, but the food selection is TINY, and compared to Super Walmart IT SUCKS!!
