My mother bought a freezer on May 28 2017 and it was delivered June 2 2017. The freezer was missing 2 screws to attach the handle. She contacted customer service regarding the screws. They never returned the call. A short time later, she called customer service and they told my mother that they didnt send the screws because they didnt know if she was the one calling to request the screws. She received a package in the mail, finally, only to open it up and find ONE screw the WRONG size. The customer service people were rude to her as well. Sears, in my opinion, might I suggest your company see a proctologist, to remove your heads from your rectal cavities.

Horrible customer service EVER! Shipping & receiving has no clue what they send out to be repaired. The managers promise you a date of pickup and then proceed to blame the "call centers" when after 4 weeks you still dont recieve your purchase that was sent in for a repair that btw was just bought 60 days ago. What a joke.
