The Gaines Target opened Thanksgiving evening with sales - I was very impressed (for the second year) with how the store and staff managed the event. Customers were queued into an orderly line, there were several employees available to answer questions, hand out maps, and keep the line in order. They handled a line of several hundred people without any issues or problems and the store was very organized. Good job!

The Target was nice, like a normal Target - the store area was clean & kept as far as I could tell. However, the womens bathroom was a HORROR - Ive been in cleaner port-a-potties. It was so bad, it became a story I told when I returned home from vacation. There was quite literally blood everywhere. I feel bad for the employees, but man - send someone in there more often!

I called 5 minutes to closing time on Sunday Oct 23rd. Obviously employees including a manager on shift shunned the call as they were in a hurry to leave and get out of work. As a valuable and sincere long time customer I am greatly bothered by the lack of customer service at this location. I will be reporting this to Target Headquarters.

I had a gift card that my grandma got me for x-mas and she past away so i used it at target and used all the amount and with out even asking she grabed scissers and cut it up and thru it away.she should of just handed it back to me. not a big deal but it was a gift and she was the manager!!very rude young girl

This store has everything I need for my family as far as clothing and toys. I have never had a complaint about the quality of product. There is always a worker around if you have questions, and if they dont have an answer, they will be more than willing to find it for you.

Of all the Target stores in Metro Grand Rapids, this store is one of the best organized. Everything is easy and straightforward to go to. The aisles are wide and everything is organized perfectly.
