So I recently set out to build a PC and was going to have a friend build it. Well I wanted it sooner than having to wait and order parts from online. My friend said hey talk to Roger at this location. I went to the store and met Roger and his employee, I cant remember his name but he was a nice guy, and proceeded to talk about building a gaming PC. I could immediately tell Roger had a in depth knowledge and even more so a compassion for gaming and his line of work. Over the next hour or so we proceeded to analyze what games I would be playing and if any other projects or so forth. After also looking over the parts listed that my friend had suggested Roger assured me that the pre planned build would be a great build, but stated that he could save me a bit of money on some things and maybe spend a little more money on things to make the PC last. He proceeded to show me a couple of current builds he was working on and showed me how he took pride in his wire management. I could definitely tell he liked to make things look good. I was immediately hooked on having XgamerPC build my first gaming system. I told Roger that I was curious if this computer could be built by the end of the day because I had a long weekend and wanted to take advantage of the time off. He told me he would make it happen. About five hours later I received a call saying he was ready for me to come and pick it up. I arrived and saw my new beast PC and immediately was excited. He had went a little over board and threw some LED lights in the case and made it look amazing. Roger proceeded to show me how to run everything properly, but stated that the processor was not the right one because he was out of stock and was not aware. Roger then stated that he wanted to keep his promise and get me playing. Roger told me when the correct processor came in he would call me and I could bring my rig back in. Roger is dedicated to his customers and even offers his personal cell phone to call after hours if you have a build or need to know anything THIS IS THE PLACE!!! I will be a customer till death do us part.

About a year ago my brother and I were looking for a PC store that had the experience and speed to get a new rig up and running quickly. He was on leave from work for 2 weeks and weed planned on blowing the whole thing playing games together. Luckily we found this shop XGamerpc and decided it was worth a look. We walked in looking around complimenting the cases and such that were displayed, noticed a sweet rig hooked up against the wall with some top of the line equipment, and some sweet graphics that couldnt be ignored. Rodger was busy with a customer at the time and as he brought the customer in the back to look at some PC equipment, he invited us to play on the PC that was displayed which was very nice. After a few minutes of playing Batman, Rodger was finished and greeted us politely. We discussed our budget and what we were looking for. He recommended what parts we should have for what games we planned on playing... nothing more nothing less. His goal wasnt to get us to buy the biggest and best custom PC out there for the most money. He wanted us to be happy and satisfied with the computer we were purchasing, and the games we were playing. Once we had an agreement he set a time schedule for about a day until the PC was finished, which surprised us because it was an entire PC from 0-100 in a day? Very impressed with the speed and to top it off, when we picked up the PC the next day, The wiring was PERFECT... Best job Ive ever seen when it comes to neatness. Plus we got free shirts. Definitely 10/10

Called to check on gaming PC deals. Got hold of Roger and he was incredibly knowledgeable. I told him my budget and he worked with me to find the perfect build that hit my budget and will run the games I want. When I visited the location the next day he had already began the process of building the PC even though I had not committed to buying it so I had a PC built before the estimated date of finishing. His store even offers used/refurbished parts at low prices, with that deal I got a better graphics card than originally anticipated and that card was only used for less than 5 months! Also his store is the only one that I know of that you can bring your PC back for an upgrade and will sell your part you are replacing for you! There was even a promotion for a part I purchased that granted me a free game that he made me aware of! He is even in the process of offering indirect lending as well and that is a great option for those who may not have the funds available just yet. He will also help with anything you need after hours just to make sure you are good to go. I had to call him the next day because I was having issues getting my speakers to connect and he walked me through the steps like a professional and got it all set up. Never have I been more impressed by a local store and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a well built gaming PC with the best customer service.

These guys are awesome. Very friendly, knowledgable and just great people. I took my Maingear PC for repairs at Xgamerpc after getting sick of having to send it via mail to NJ for the warranty and not get any results. These guys had great communication throughout the repair process and were very fast. They finally resolved the problem and realized my video card needed to be RMA to Maingear. They were so nice that they lent me a video card so that I could take the PC home and play while I wait for the replacement video card..... Who the heck does that? I wish I had known about them before buying my PC as I would have rather buy one from them. Take it from me, the advantages of buying local as opposed to some out of town company that requires mailing in your system for repairs are sooo worth it. Every time I ship my system to Maingear you can see the physical damage on the case from the trip. Such expensive computers should not be shipped like that...period. Xgamerpc, I recommend them 100%!!

I build my own gaming computers and dream of opening up a shop like this one day. I havent ever purchased a rig from Xgamer and I let him know right when I walked in that I was just browsing to get ideas for my next rig. Never the less I was treated with respect and he took time to answer my questions. He even hooked me up with some hard to find radiator screws I needed for my build. Roger seems like the kind of guy who really enjoys making his customers happy, not just making money off them. If you want a custom built gaming computer and dont feel knowledgeable enough to do it yourself, I definitely recommend XgamerPC. I just wish they would start stocking parts for DIY builders like myself! Especially water cooling parts and accessories. I would stay away from Altex by the way, those guys think they are smarter than everyone and treat their customers like dirt. Imagine every IT guy ever portrayed in the movies, that is your typical Altex employee.
