These guys are the best. Most places charge you to get a diagnostic, these guys gave it to me for free, and after they gave me my quote, I decided I would be better off getting a new computer (my computer was basically totaled on account of a motherboard issue). So what did Nealtech do? They backed up ALL the data that was on my hard drive, and put it onto DVDs ABSOLUTELY FREE. I didnt pay these guys a dime for anything, they just wanted to help out... I even offered to give them some blank DVDs to make up for the DVDs they were giving me with my data on it, and they said no. Really cant thank them enough, they helped me tremendously and I didnt end up paying one red cent. Thanks Nealtech!

5 Star service. Worked with TJ at Nealtech. Had a surface pro 2 that I paid a considerable amount for and had the LCD screen crack. Dropped it off Friday for him to fix and he called Monday letting me know it was successfully fixed. He kept me informed all throughout the process and knows his stuff!! my external hard drive was corrupted and i THOUGHT i lost it all. As a photographer that was NOT good. I took it to NealTech and he was able to recover ALL of it (even things that i thought i had deleted). Anything that you need, computer wise, NealTech can do it.

Great service. I took in my laptop for data recovery and they were unable to get anything but also did not charge me. Also gave me a free mouse pad even though I did not end up paying for any service.
