Nordstroms has always been my favorite store. Theyre easy return police on there exclusive to nordstroms is great. Never ever refusing a return. But the store does profile and discriminate. If you look just casual plain jane they will refuse you a return or exchange .Every return is treated differently they tell you. Paying cash for a dress exclusive to nordstroms you better look like a stuck up diva or theyre treating you like crap.They SHOULD NEVER TURN ANYONE AWAY ANYONE MAN OR WOMAN THAT WALKS IN THEYRE STORE EVER WITH AN ITEM EXCLUSIVE TO NORDSTROM EVER. IF THEY DO THEYRE BASICALLY CALLING YOU A THEIF THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM CHARGING YOU 300.00 FOR A PAIR OF SHORTS OR 800.00 FOR A DRESS ALL DAY LONG. YOU WRITE A CHECK THEY CALL YOUR BANK CHARGE CARD THEY MAKE SURE ITS YOUR CARD CASH ALWAYS GOOD. TRYING TO RETURN A CASH PAID ITEM YOUR TREATED LIKE A THEIF .I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN FOR MYSELF OR ANY PERSON I KNOW.

Decent selection of clothes/shoes/etc. Store is exceptionally clean and staff is for the most part friendly. Some of the gentlemen in the mens department are a little obnoxious. They (not all) stand around and try to look important and "holier that thou". Interesting attitude from Nordstrom staff due to the high end clientele they support. My thoughts: you work retail and Im able to buy/afford 3 pairs of $250 jeans. Pretend to view me at very minimum like an equal and treat me with respect. That being said, the alterations department here is bar none, the best. If you have a Nordstrom card its basically free for any alterations and they do them in house.

I have been shopping at Nordstrom for years. They have always had amazing customer service. Today was no exception, so I felt so inclined to finally write review. I purchased a pair of shoes there a few months ago, and I noticed they had started to separate from the sole. I didnt have a receipt. I went in and they were able to look up my receipt from the card I had used to purchase them and exchange them right there. She agreed that they were too new to show that kind of wear. Thank you for your great customer service and for caring to sell only high quality products.

I get my kids shoes here, always have what I want for them. I purchased some Birkenstocks for myself recently, and the shoe department is consistent all around, in quality product and personal customer service. I brought the Birkenstocks back in a few weeks after purchase because of them stretching, and they added a new hole, no problems. Also, the women who have helped me in the make-up department are so nice! They come from lets say the mac counter to help me at clinque. I havent received this type of friendliness at other department stores.

I wont shop here again, I am a regular size person. All that I am able to find here is clothing that is fitted meaning that it fits very tight. The sales people are very high energy and ready to help or SALE you something or anything to make there commission. Personally I like to browse without being bombarded by sales people and when I have a question i will ask.

My girlfriend loves this place but I roll my eyes thinking who would pay this much for this stuff?? From what I have experienced tagging along on shopping trips, the team members are really knowledgable and nice but there must be something in the air to convince people that its okay for jeans to cost a few hundred dollars and tshirts to cost 50 or more.

Was treated very rudely by a sales person in the women section second floor. Shopped here before but will never do this again. Will make sure I will tell everyone I know friends and co-workers of the experience. The tone was appalling.

excellent customer service I regret going to macys for watch repair I should have gone to Nordstrom because until now no news from macys I brought my watch last October 18 until now no call, no response from them.
