i am an avid Ross shopper how ever my experience today will leave alot to be desired.. for the sake of space, cut to the chase.. the store was pretty crowded i thought for a wednesday a.m, ready to check out at the jewelry counter i waited as the employe servered 2 other customers that were in the regular line to my surprise even after one of the seemingly head cashiers told her to serv me next, and she still didnt! after another lady came, helped me with my order i still had to have the jewelry lady ring me up, i checked my bags to make sure all was there, this i NEVER do and my jewelry wasnt in the bag, when i got home she had also ringed a flash light that had been sitting on the counter where other customers had been a few times before i, she even asked me what purchase was mine and still rang it up.. i even had a rude few words from the loss prevention boy OMAR, who obviously has never had... well just let me say a course in customer service is way over due.. I asked who the Manager was and its Billy, to whom I say, i watched you walk around your store trying to get it together, way to go!! because if your employees keep up this type of behavior, u wont have a store for long!! this was my first time in the store on a good note I love ROSS but will never spend another dime in yours, and thinking of returning my purchase, but that might be taking my complaint a bit far..

Line was very long, I was there for 1/2 hour and only three lines were open. I like the store merchandise but its to crowded and you can barley get thru the isles. Clothes and items all over the floor, very messy.

It is one of the Ross places. You need to be lucky to find something special, but if you will find it, you know it is going to cost you a ridiculously low amount of money. Love Ross.
