Unbelievable! I saw a bookshelf in the Sunday sale flier that I was interested in, but it gave no dimensions, which is rather important information. And since I have to drive 30+ minutes to get to the store, Id like to know about the product before I waste my time going there. So I called the store, finally got connected to a salesperson (who should identify himself instead of just saying "hello". I had to ask if he worked there.) I asked about the size of the shelf, and he went to find out, but never came back. After 10 minutes, I gave up and called the store again. Got the same salesclerk who again went to find out the information I needed, and after waiting for another 5 minutes, I was disconnected. I guess they dont want my business, and after that frustrating experience, I dont want to give it to them. M.A.

I shop at this particular store a lot and after almost every experience i leave this store feeling as though I have just Walked through the local dump. Its very disappointing to see trash thrown between shelves and often times skewered across the floor and this would not bother as much if they had good service but honestly the service i receive is mediocre at best. At times i have literally been asking for assistance and the employees brush me off employees are on their phones or just walking around trying to avoid customers they only have 3 out six registers open with six customers waiting in each line there are only a few employees that seem to care their jobs avoid this store you will thank me later

I hate to say it but the store is usually in shambles I dont know what the deal is but things are takin apart sometimes on the floor and its difficult to get customer service I remember wanting to look at some memory cards once but they were all under lock and key what you have to look at the backs of them to see the speeds and what not to at least compare but you need someone to unlock the lock to get them off the shelf trying to find someone to help you in the store is a joke at least thats been my experience

I have always liked shopping here till now. Cashiers need to pay better attention to the amount of cash they give back. If it werent because I double checked my receipt I would of had been robed of almost 10 dollars from my purchase today. I was given my money back, after I went back to the store but I should not be have to worry about whether I was charged correctly every time I shop there. Defiantly not shopping at that location any more.

This stores employees unprofessional, lacking to say the least.! Poor service disgraceful attitude. Target literally robbed me of $32.00 dollar I purchased a air mattress by low poor company target didnt give me a refund or replace faulty product instead employee kept returned air mattress and never bothered to refund me anything in return! So they kept mattress and my money!! Theives idiots highly unprofessional!!!

Ive had different experiences every time I shop here however, I never had such a horrible experience like I did the last time I shopped here. I had the RUDEST cashier helping me. His tone and manner were very disrespectful. He didnt bother to bag my items instead he threw them on the counter and once my daughters started to help him he would toss them the items. Overall customer service NEEDS a huge improvement.

The variety is good. More stuff than Capitola. The employees are extremely rude, talk bad about customers loudly in front of other customers, complain about small children in the childrens clothing section in front of the child and parent. I dont even want to give it 2 stars and the only reason I am is because of the amount of things that are offered here. Otherwise this store needs a complete staff makeover.

Ive never had problems while shopping here. Good selection, good seasonal items, good layout. Bathrooms have always been clean when Ive gone. Checkout is fairly quick. This target also has a Pizza Hut express and a Starbucks (even though there is a Starbucks three doors down from it). It is usually best to go there an hour before closing due to increased parking spaces and the store is much emptier then.

Its a standard Target. The cons are that workers are hard to find, they use the shopping carts to stock and it makes it hard to maneuver around, 3 out of the last 5 times we went to use the family bathroom workers came out while we were waiting, overall the store is messy. The pros are that theres a Starbucks inside, and its within minutes to major freeways.

Never really that crowded and it is stocked up pretty well. If there is something you cant find but know it was there before, simply ask an associate for assistance and they will look it up, and possibly even order it for you. Shopping wise, I have never swung and missed with the Watsonville Target.

Be careful at this location these I guess secret cops or secret security were man handling this woman against here rights not even identifying themselves. Many people like me witnessed this and very horrifying incident. These employees treat everyone like a second classes citizen.

Lately Ive been here several times a week. They seem to have just about anything you need and they provide free instore pickup for items ordered online. The workers are friendly and considerate of my time. Location is also very convenient.

I love Target. But I hate how expensive theyve become. You can still find some great deals though. I do think going there is a good idea. Though, for me, I only go there if I cant find it cheaper elsewhere.

They will mess up your orders they will take forever to do things you have to walk all over the place just to get things done or to get help from the right person, its a total mess

Parking here is always terrible, watch out for speeding vehicles. Place seems run down considering how recent the building was constructed. Staff is okay, but not exceptional.

Good selection for the most part, except theres NO beer or hard liquor here, ONLY wine. So if youre set on alcohol, try the Food Maxx or go to the Nob Hill down the road.

Three stars because ....the odds are they have what you need...but be prepared to wait to check out. They are NEVER staffed up at POS and there is ALWAYS a long line.

Target is a lot better then K-Mart or any other store around, The starbucks is the only turn-off but the rest of the store is clean, I go here at least 2 times a week

I LOVE Target, but this location is one of the most unorganized Target stores Ive been in. I just wish it was a little more cleaned up, like the Capitola store.

Used to shop here often. Going less and less often. Selection dwindling and since they added the grocery the rest of the store is like an after thought
