!*costumer service is the worse Ive ever had*! This happened an hour ago. This cashier Felipe light tan skin grey hair (balding from the top) glasses black with green insides about 55. My mother and I were in line and my dad was near the counter. Then he proceeds to walk off and my dad asked where hes going and he says to us "oh go to the other side theres 4 cashiers". And he just brushed us off aside. And my mom got upset and said "well yeah theres nothing left to do" because he wouldnt help us. So we asked to speak to his manager and I know for a fact he was telling her something about us and made us sound bad. So she comes out I dont know he name she was about 56 dark brown/black hair collar bone length black glasses with fake silver jewels she was about 210 pounds she didnt wear any makeup she had a lighter complexion. And my mom says what he did and then she proceeds to tell us "well if youre gunna give him attitude youre gunna get one back" and then she told my mother "youre giving me attitude" and I stepped in and said "is this how you are representing sears?" And she stayed quite. And she was giving us attitude as soon as she started speaking to us. So then we asked to speak to her manager and he was tall 63 dirty blonde hair light complexion which was her manager and he just apologized and thats it. At least I know where not to shop anymore .

I was doing a return and a cashier named Cynthia was very rude to me. She was trying to look for my credit card with the receipt, I told her that I payed cash and she rolled her eyes at me. After that it was just awkward because she knew i had seen her.
