I applied for a sears credit card. I did not get approved which was weird cause Ive never gotten denied anywhere I have applied but they told me that I got approved for their leasing program. I found a grill I really liked and had to have it so I asked them to explain the leading program to me. They explained it to me pretty much as a rent to own. I would have to make 5 payments and It would be mine. So currently 6 payments in I decided to find out why the payment is still coming out of my account. Come to find out that its not a rent to own type lease, its more of a pay more then what the grill is worth and then tell you that you can outright purchase it for another 200 bucks when Ive already paid over 300, for a 300 dollar grill. This is complete bull. They lied to me in store and were very unprofessional and didnt have great customer service skills. So now Im paying close to 600 bucks or I return it. Dont get caught in this scam.!!!!

This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. All I get is the runaround and never the department I am looking for. I try to get to the service department in Fairfield and I get routed to a person in Texas. For what it is worth I am through with sears, I will start getting what I need elseware.

Horrible customer service.they over charged me for a repair.when I tried to call them purposely hung up on me.i was polite and not rude.i cannot believe that place is still in business.

Worst service I have ever received! They tell you one thing on the phone and then another thing when you get there. Customer service is horrible. Shopping anywhere but here from now on.

Tried to call the tire store..no one answers...Could NOT get them to answer the dam phone.........Now we know why they are closing so many Sears stores...
