At the Concord, Ca store. Yolanda in Fine Jewelry was very helpful locating my Care program info for my wedding set which lost a stone. Also, May at the register was very helpful. Both of these associates gave excellent customer service. Only one complaint. I went to Sephora and to hunt for help. Was not acknowledged by store manager, Diane when I walked in front of her. She was speaking to a Sephora associate. Poor example of customer service .

Ive shopped at Pennys a lot in my life, but more recently there hasnt been a good selection of mens clothing. At least affordable for college students. also when I went to this location a week ago, the cashier was terrible.

Penneys is an ice cream store and has good good selection of quality items they just dont always have what Im looking for but that being said JCPenney is one of my go to stores
