I had went in earlier today and had put a few items on hold . I later then returned to the store, 10 minutes before they closed and was immediately greeted by an associate who was guarding the door...looking down on her phone, texting out in the open. Soon as i walked in she looked up at me and said in a rude demeanour, "You know were going to be closing in 5 minutes." I was completely aware... The associates name was Olga by the way. Offended enough ..I then go back to the dressing room to grab my items that were placed on hold and none of it was there. I had to rush to find everything while every worker came up to me to let me know the count down to closing time. Seriously I am so pissed off. Happy birthday to me.. F U Ross!!

Love it but hate the way the security watches you if you have a hard time deciding what u want. They treat u like u need to run in and be done in 5 min. Its not a convenient store. What if I looked for an hour and didnt want anything? I feel forced to buy or they will Think I stole. I know theft is high right now, but I never steal havent since I was a child and Im tired of being put in the same category if my purse is bigger than a wallet

Walking in Ross there is a security person greeting you, and when we left after spending over 50.00, a checkout person whom did not talk to us. I asked her how her day was going. Customer service is important and you should make customers feel important. The nice kid in the back dressing area was very freindly. But not at check out. Marshalls where we went next were really great.

Its a typical Ross location, so nothing fancy, but my mom was able to get three beautiful semi-formal dresses for an upcoming event there for about $42 total! At most places you cant even get one dress for that price. Overall, it was a successful shopping trip and I would recommend looking here if you want to get good prices.

I adore Ross. If Im going to buy new, instead of used or from local vendors, Ross has great deals on not just clothes, but housewares (towels, pillows, sheets, kitchenware...items that are hard to find made local). Ross is my go to for affordable housewares.

Well organized layout. Good selection and friendly staff! Being that there is a significant theft issue in these not so good economic times, security is on point protecting their assets. Expect a watchful eye or two.

Decent deals to be had, but this location is understaffed. I may have just arrived at a bad time, but there was only one register open and a continuous queue of 10+ people.

As others have said, its picked through, like every Ross is. The store is kept clean and the employees are nice enough. Very good stop for dresses.
