I have visited the JCPenny for my own hair a few times now, and the gal I worked with was amazing. (I wish I could remember her name, but that was back in Feb. 2015!) I have also brought my young children in for cuts as well. My son is only 8 months but needed his first haircut and I didnt think twice about where I wanted to bring him. I was so happy with the results, hes my lil man with the cutest fo-hawk. Ive also had my oldest daughters hair cut & styled here as well. (Shes 6.5) Our latest trip was last night to get her back to school haircut. We worked with DeeDee, and she was absolutely amazing. Not only did she treat my daughter with kindness and respect, she also listened to her concerns and gave her hair a quick wash like she had requested. (The water feels too good she says :-P) The cut came out exactly how we had asked, and she even helped with some volume by adding mousse and curling it for her. My little girl was so happy with her new hairstyle. I will definitely be bringing all of my little ones back to DeeDee. And, if she wants to tackle my crazy long head of hair, Im confident in her abilities to do a great job on color, cut, and style for my own. For comparison, my middle daughter (almost 4 years come this Nov.) chopped about half of her hair off at home, and we ended up going full bob style for her. I completely regret not taking her to the JCPenny Salon. We hit Great Clips by Fred Meyer.... it was horrible! Yeah, she was sorta difficult in sitting still, but her hairline did not come out even. Shes 4! I had to touch it up when we got home...You cant tell me that this person has never done kids hair before, and really should have had a ton more patience. Whatever I suppose. Lesson learned. Again, Thank you JCP Salon for being awesome! Oh, and did I mention I paid about $15 MORE at Great Clips?! Yeah, never. again.

Yah I used to work here and when I put in to leave due to school they said they work me until I had to leave but they instead just left me out of the work schedule and just didnt work me so I ended up losing time and money due to someone lying to me just to get me out and I called to figure it out they didnt even know what to say or help me so I just hung up not a fun work experience and you only get worked more if you rob people of there money with the credit cards that they always ask you for there dont apply for it its just another credit card to be put in debt with

The online experience is so backwards, and NOT user friendly. It gives you two shipping choices (ship to home or store), and NO way to choose one. This forces you to have to call in after an immense amount of frustration trying to figure out their shipping "puzzle" with no way to resolve. Dont bother trying to ask for the technical dept, as they have no way to connect you to them, so you must give your email address/phone number and wait for a call. Perfect, they can call back when totally inconvenient. I cant believe people will put up with this. Hello Amazon!!

i went into Sephora and got helped by Makayla McMickle shes incredible only person who asked if she could help, she made sure to match my face to the right foundation and get me the best primer and eye shadow Makayla is the best

Furniture sales reps are very kind and sincere and will do everything to help you. I felt like I was being helped by a real person and friend rather than a used car salesman. Awesome!!
