My experience of Marcus in the cell phone department was horrible. He gave misinformation regarding the return period on new cell phones that could have cost me a lot of money, and then denied accountability and refused to own up to his mistake. I asked Marcus about the return policy, and when I expressed skepticism and insisted he show me the Target cell phone return policy in writing, Marcus then looked up the details in the Verizon brochure. The fine print in the brochure made it clear that he was totally wrong and had been unknowingly misleading customers about the length of the no-cost return period - which for Verizon is only 3 days, not 14 days as he and every other Target cell phone rep I spoke with that day had told me. Marcus then rudely objected when I mentioned it was pretty uncool that he and the people he supervised had been giving out misinformation that could end up costing customers a whole lot of money, as if I was the one who had done something wrong! Unbelievable. Do NOT buy cell phones at Target. The sales people dont know what theyre doing, and dont care about doing the right thing. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I am appalled by the womans restroom. I love shopping at Target, but when you walk into the restroom there are flies everywhere. I mean on the toilet seats on the floor and even when you use the toilet. There are wads of toilet paper everywhere and the smell is just horrid. The restroom door sticks and what ever happened to having paper towels to wipe your hands with, the only option is the blower. This to me is a major embarrassment to a store.

I called the Rohnert Park store and asked for the "bedding department". The woman who answered the phone after I pressed 0 put me on hold. She got back on the phone and she asked me what I wanted to know. I asked her if they carried a line or selection of duvet covers. This woman interrogated me, then finally asked why I wanted to know!!!! I WANT TO KNOW SO I DONT MAKE A WASTED TRIP! Its a 20 minute drive for me, plus Im disabled. Unbelievable!

this place is totally wacky do, they dont sell alien size pants so i have to use a trash bag, i worked as a door greeter here, geeeezz that was hard, i ate all the canned cheeze and got fired. then i went to the bathroom on the floor, target is my favrote place to shop in rohnert park and i also go to ssu, where i major in alien studys, my ufo got a ticket here

This is my home Target, so I am super biased. I usually know what I am looking for in a Target and there are things I just dont get here like fresh foods. I cant speak to the availability of good fresh food and produce. They have a pretty good selection of dry goods, it is all pretty well organized and stocked.

Just a typical Target, but plenty of parking, though most close parking is handicapped and I have to park far away and hike in...though I can use the exercise, it is not very appreciated in the rain! They have a Starbucks Coffee shop and you almost always get happy, friendly and helpful employees

Great location. Good grocery section. Produce is good too. Everything is easy to find. Good selection of kids clothes and toys. Electronics section is pretty well stocked with most of what you might need. Always have the latest games too. Food court closes early though so not open in evenings.

Ive bought deodorant, shampoo, sweater vests, workout tops, flannel sheets, greeting cards, chewing gum and other life accessories over the years, but my luckiest find has to have been a carton of Minute Maid Watermelon fruit drink for under $2.

Usually well stocked, and usually Guest Services will do all possible to help out customers. However, once in a while you get a mgr/supervisor with a stick up their butt, which can make you not want to return to their location.

A larger target with everything you need. They keep it clean even though it is the heart of Rohnert Park. There can be a lot of beggers in the parking lot beware of things in your car.

I have seen some weird stuff here over the years. Domestic dispute, crazy women undressing and yelling in the parking lot,and I saw I guy walk in with a Billy goat on a leash once.
