So here is what I experienced just today. I had to asked the sales associate if they have size 7 airmax women shoe because my size is 7 and they dont have available at the display. This guy answer me hold on a second because he had customer to help with before me. And so I was patiently waiting. He never asked me again after he was done so I had to approach him again and repeat my question. He seems not willing to help but he tried. He contacted his co worker over his phone or whatever its called asked if he can go to check if there was size 7. And thats it he left without saying anything to me . All I thought he was going to get something for me but he never came back and I waited like a fool. It pisses me off what a rude employee. Too bad I did not get his name. I wish he will be fired of any reason that so rude of him left his customer hanging around without knowing hes not coming back. I bought that shoes the size 7.5 by the way with the help of another kind sales person I got out of the store 3 items with me. And oh I am Nike employee so I got 30% discount. I have no problem with the store my complain is the sales person . Overall I will give 3 star due to a poor service.

Well I got a pair of Jordan 6 infrared retro there yesterday. I was surprise that they still have it in stock. They have a guy standing by to ensure that one customer can only purchase one pair. They even require customer to pay for the shoe first before getting other stuffs. During the checkout the Nike employee kept the shoe in his hands all the time and didnt want me to check it. He showed me the shoe for a few second and at that time I thought there couldnt be anything wrong because Im shopping at Nike! My gf and I both got a pair, and when we checked the shoes when we were back to Seattle, we found out the shoes are B grade! There are B stamps inside the shoes. And with closer looks the quality is so bad. So bad! They aggressively ask people in the store if they want to shop the 6s, but never show them the truth! Im very disappointed about this experience even though they sell it for $150 - what an attractive price but it is absolutely not worth for that quality. I dont understand why the employees of that store would do that.

Im going to be honest. I thought that this store was going to be a hit because of its location and obvious draw for tourists. As more of a guy looking for specific things for a reasonable price, this store wasnt enough. No Jordans, not enough normal Air Forces or Dunks. Okay, that would be lying. You can find those kind of mainstream items in gigantic sizes, like when they had a surplus of Air Jordan X in size 16 and up. Dont get me wrong, they do have a lot of things with the Swoosh on it, and from a variety of sports, too. Whenever I go in, its like people grabbing at everything like its some gigantic sale. Overall, its a decent Nike outlet. Personally, Id rather stay close to home and head to MLK. A decent selection for the average Nike consumer and reasonably priced. Semi-hardcore enthusiasts need not make the drive.

Considering this store is like the main front face of the NIKE brand it falls much short of the expectations. Being in Portland the home ground of NIKE and in Woodburn outlet mall, the customers do expect a vast variety accompanied with great deals both of which do not stand up in any way to the euphoria created around it, infact to be frank it falls behind any of the outlet malls in other parts of the country. Cons : 1: Not enough BANG BANG deals. 2: Very small selection and option. 3: Customer service is mediocre. 4: Store is not well organized. 5: Pricier than other locations.

Went in looking for running compression socks. The first employee gave me good directions but in the chaos and confusion of the store I must have misunderstood him and couldnt find them. Another employee heard me complaining loudly and walked over to the section that I needed and helped me get the correct size. I wish they had more selection but I took the best of what was available. Good customer service. They even made sure I didnt stand in line to pay, they just took care of me on the spot.

replica seahawks jerseys! I bought a jersey there thinking it was authentic, but it was a knock off and they still said it was made by nike. They placed placed a sale tag on it for $60 and the retail tag on it was $60! The jersey was missing several pieces of printing on it and looked really bad!

The music was terrible and blaring, very bad shopping experience. I was prepared to purchase clothes for my grand kiddos but the awful music drove us out. By the way I am 53 not 73. I will continue to shop in Salem, will never return to Nike outlet.

They are very nice and helpful. Couldnt find the shoes my son wanted. They helped me to order them. Only problem is its very hard to go through the doors with a wheelchair. Door needs to be automated.

Really patient staff members, I usually only go during friends and family sales times and if you have been in there during those sales you know it is total insanity. The staff is helpful and patient.

Got some nice KD 8s there for 49 bucks!!! Didnt have my size in store so a very nice in store customer service girl helped me and I ordered them from the store and shipped to me in a week.

Sometime its can be crammed with people, especially on the weekends. They do have lots of sales throughout the year. Call in and ask about any sales they might be having before you go.

Long lines because its the only store in the area. I strongly recommend avoiding this store and going to Nike in Portland because its better the stores are bigger

Always crowded, but the lines move fast and they always have lots of inventory so you dont have to worry about them running out.
