I love Old Navy generally and this store has great selection but their customer service is consistently awful. The girls in the back loudly complain about their jobs and I felt bad having to say "excuse me" to break in with a question. They also close before their posted times. I was told the registers had already closed at 9:02, that they had forgotten anyone was inside. They couldn't ring me up but offered to hold it until tomorrow. I commented on the time, showed them my cell with atomic clock and they just shrugged and admitted they knew their clocks were off. I have worked retail and though it's a pain the RIGHT thing would have been to reopen a register and not tell the customer to make the trip again another day. This sort of illogical behavior and blatant misuse of company time and lack of customer service doesn't speak well for their brand in an economy such as ours. I won't be back to this particular store.

Very unhappy with my recent trip to the Beaverton store...very poor customer service. I had been watching a particular shirt that I was hoping would go on sale and when I was in last it was on a rack surrounded by 50 percent off signs (score-right?). It rang up full price, told the cashier that it was suppose to be half off...she got very defensive and firmly said none of the girls athletic wear is on sale. After going back and forth, we walked all the way to the back of the store to see sale signs plastered to every rack in that section. The best she could do was 20 percent...anyway, you get the jest...manager sided with her...she was very condescending and when I used a gift card to buy my other item (didnt get the shirt), she treated me like I wasnt even a paying customer. I wont be back...at least for awhile!

I dont know what these other people are talking about. First of all the signs are very explicit as to what items are for sale. Just taking the time to read the sale signs would eliminate hard ache on the employees. Ive worked retail for a long time and understand the frustration of dealing with complicated customers, frankly the most demanding of customers I would guess have not worked retail before and have a scewed image of what working retail is and what they think it should be. Ive had no issues on customer service with this store. The times I have been in there the employees have been very helpful and knowledge about their products. There are just too many people who love to knit pick and have no clue of the big picture.

Usually good deals on clothes. I buy jeans from here frequently. Build quality of the pants may be a bit iffy, but I usually deal with it. Made an exchange once that was completely painless. Store is poorly laid out, and usually messy, with staff that seem interested in socially amongst each other instead of helping guests.

Lacking in husky kid sizes at this location but the other side of town had what I was looking for. Plenty of empty shelves... Perhaps they were getting ready to restock. Typical Old Navy store with more empty shelves than the typical Old Navy store.

They are awful to their employees, I asked a manager about an item and she looked at me and laughed and said she had no clue and kept walking and didnt help me at all. I asked other employees who seemed annoyed to even talk to me and they also didnt help.

Randy is awesome!!!! Every time I go into the store Im greeted well. Everyone seems to be in a pleasant mood. Which makes me come back over and over! Great job guys! Plus they always have great deals!

This store has no pride in how their store looks. Clothes are just thrown into tables and draped over the racks. Good luck finding anything. Esp if your looking for something specific.

Quality of clothing is mediocre, but the staff is nice. This store felt unorganized and clothes all over the ground. That can partially be blamed on the poor quality of customers.

Every time I go to old Navy I think I am going to get a good price on clothing, but it ends up costing me more or the same price as target, JC Pennys, and any other retail store.

15 minutes to wait in line to move up 1 spot is obscene. Another cashier was not called for until multiple people had been waiting 10-15 minutes.
