HORRIBLE! Ive spent several hours in this store since its opened and today I have HAD it with their poor excuse for "customer service"! I had both my kids with me, under 4, and when I wanted to go try stuff on I was given grief because I wanted the cart in changing room so I could place my one year old somewhere where she couldnt escape. It wasnt a big deal until I got back there and there were two other women WITHOUT kids who had their carts back there. Why was I given grief as Im sweating from trying to find clothes with two children alone for the holidays? Even after I offered to take everything out of the cart that was not clothes, and under the limit of clothes allowed. Ive never been greeted here at the Lacey one. Ever. There were two employees talking to one another while I was trying to get their attention for information. Never got my answer. They may have great deals but the lack of compassion for moms with kids and the lack of any customer-employee interaction is UNACCEPTABLE. I want a refund for both my money spent paying these employees and my time!

It is surprisingly well organized here. I have been in quite a few Burlington and I have to say, this place is the best. I have never had to shift through clothes in wrong areas, stacks of falling over shoes or toys.... I have actually been able to find the exact shoe size I needed.. in the correct spot!! I know it sounds like I am poking fun but I am not. I love that if I am in a hurry, I can run in and find exactly what I want without hesitation. Also, the most efficient checkout line I have seen to date. I love this place!!

Good sized selection at decent prices here. Liking this recently opened Lacey store a lot more than the next closest Lakewood store, seems much brighter, neater & significantly more organized. Items are easily found where they should be. No complaints or issues encountered to date in the handful of times visited. Starting to become my #1 local place to go to find my preferred style of clothing/accessories (thats not Amazon, that is!)

ALWAYS get great deals on name brands, especially for work related clothing such as Armani and Michael Kors, etc. And the Adidas I get for it daughter is adorable at a fraction of normal cost! Clothes are not 2nd hand, just over stock. Highly recommend this place. Refunds are simple and hassle free. G friendly customer service every time and Ive found it to be that way at every Burlington location. ;)

I must have missed the memo about Burlington no longer just being the Coat Factory. This place is like Ross on steroids. We got all of my kids back-to-school shopping done in one stop. Brand name clothes and shoes. Middle-school boy and high-school school girl. And its not cramped like some of the other discount outlet stores. My new favorite clothing store!

I went here for the first time a couple weeks ago.... Was pretty impressed. They have great quality clothes at great bargain prices and they arent seconds or flawed in anyway. Plan to get a lot of my clothes for work here in the future. Great deals on dress pants, shirts, ties, and sport coats. Great place if you work in a professional office.

I love the selection here, and the prices are about a third what you would pay in a department store. There is a huge baby and toddler selection. I have small feet and this is one of the only places I can find shoes that fit me and fit my style. I can shop for my whole families wardrobe here, and shop for gifts.

Burlington Coat Factory, what does this mean? First impression would be a coat factory right? Yes it is, but it is so much more! Discounts are the rule here and on many different goods. Housewares, electronics, kitchen items baby clothes, purses, jewelry, etc. It is a great place to shop at!

Very clean establishment though not one of the biggest ones Ive seen; bring your shopping bag or youll end up either carrying your items to the parking lot with your hands or paying a stiff bagging fee.
