Dying a slow death. Many good, valued businesses have left over the last several years. I once lost some keys there, useless to anyone else, and the nearby shops told me to check with mall security and the mall office: I was told by mall personnel that it was my own problem; they had no "lost and found" and they never would, and to go away! Ive heard of violence there, and had very unkind treatment at some food vendors. The Cinnabon doesnt use or honor punch cards or coupons. Anymore, I avoid the whole place.

Blah, this mall reminds me of something that already passed it glory days and is hanging on by a thread but it is in Silverdale and is the only mall for an eternity of miles. If you are used to Seattle malls then keep driving, you will be dissatisfied with the selection of shops. I would buy from Amazon first, the online retailers or heck, hop a ferry to Seattle and shop there before driving from Bainbridge. If you absolutely need something in a pinch you might find what you are looking for but I never have.

I dont go to the shopping mall often but when I do I enjoy looking at the various stores. Almost every time a security guard asks me if there is anything I need help finding. I thought nothing of it until I had a chat with one of the security guards, and he told me a lot of creepy men go the mall to harass the lady workers. It finally clicked, security finds me creepy! I dont know if its because I am Indian or male walking around the store, but I feel alienated and hurt. I wont be shopping at this mall again.

Needs new stores and bring back the food court. The food court was a nice hangout place but now its just a bunch of restaurants. It also needs more clothing stores for tweens (12 - 14) because many of the stores are targeted towards adult clothing. Wheel chairs should be easier to access, access was easy before but now it is just time consuming. There are rarely security officer at the desk so we must search for one. This is one major problem for I have a disabled sister. This is all.

This review is on 7 Imports. Dont work here...the owner will only pay you HALF of min wage while you are training. Then once you complete training THEN you get your minmum wage pay. If your even 3 mins late (just once) the owner will dock your pay by an hour! I didnt even think this was legal. At first glance they look to have nice things but get closer and all the statues are plastic...for the price I would have thought I would be getting something more than plastic!

I have been going to this mall for decades. Ive seen it grow and change and go stale for awhile. It seems to be on an upswing right now. I live about 50 minutes away so appreciate the options when I make the drive. I shopped on a Sunday, taking advantage of many Memorial Day sales at Macys, Kohls and JCPenny as well as Famous Footwear and Payless Shoes. Customer service at all was what I expected-alright.

The small sucks! Theres hardly any stores at all! And all the good ones closed, and No food court... and they put a desperate attempt for an overpriced restaurant inside. My friends family and I used to enjoy this mall. Now we go to Northgate. The picture illustrated in this review is completely empty now with empty stores all around. Very sad a wonderful place not to go

Over the years the mall has changed dramatically. It offers a wide variety of stores and restaurants. It is very clean and the security is nice and informed on the stores. We needed just a quick charge on one of our phones and more shown to the proper cell phone store by a super nice security lady. We will be back time and time again.

A decently sized mall, good selection of corporate and non-corporate shops, including B&N bookstore and Victorias Secret. For food selection, aside from the Subway and small food court, theres a Buffalo WW, MoncteZumas, and if you park at the mall, you could be in the parking lot of Silver City Brewery and Red Robin.

Im disappointed in the food court. More pricey restruants going in. I was liking the simpler places like Subway & Cinnion Bun. I will enjoy the restraunts but I cant & dont always want to endulge in a full out huge meal. Having a cheaper quicker option is nice too. I still have hope for this place though

Its clean and uncluttered. There are not as many stores as you would expect but its a great place to pick up a few things. You can fix your phone here or get watches fixed or batteries replaced. Its nice to have these services instead of searching for a storefront that will do the same thing.

Its a mall. Not much different than any other mall. Not all spaces are occupied and the food court is limited. There are some good chain restaurants located in the mall and its parking lot. If you shop here, eat at Silver city brewing located outside the mall.

ok so the play area is disgusting. the carpet smells and is super stained. the malls so empty theres barely anything there. CLEAN THE PLAY AREA! my kid has gotten rashes from playing there. disgusting. I dont know how they could allow children to play there.

I was ask to leave because of the 6 pound dog I was carrying. Now thats mall security at work.It was way to hot to put her in the car. At least Amazon doesnt require no pets. As few of people that was there you would think they would welcome all shoppers.

Since Westfield took over, the mall has been "upscaled" to match the best of them. Favorite places include Sears, Barnes and Noble, Mrs. Fields cookies, and a toddlers friendly play area. Bungee jumping is one of the latest installments.

Indoor mall with anchor stores Sears, Macys, Kohls and JC Penny. Silver Sneaker type seniors walk mall regularly in the mornings and teens hang out evenings and weekends. Ample parking and a food area with child play zone.

Very nice for its size. My grandkids enjoy the play area. Its a fun place to chase them around. And dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings was phenomenal! The food was delicious and the variety of options was beyond what I expected.

Its an okay mall. It doesnt have a lot of "popular" stores, and the stores existing dont really have much a variety in inventory. Would be nice to see what stores they are bringing in. Dick s was a nice great addition.

Tbh its not as good as when F21 was there.. seems like The Trails is where its at now. Why they would raise prices so vendors move elsewhere is beyond me but at least theres a Buffalo Wild Wings..

Even the mall cops are friendly. Kitsap Mall hosts multiple events each month to bring the community together, the mall itself is very clean, plenty of choices in food and beverage to choose from.

Food Court sucks and it has very basic, cheap stores. They are spending a lot of money on the architecture to make it look modern, but that doesnt make me want to spend money at its swaggy shops.
