Customer service is horrible, and cashiers need to keep their personal businesses to themselves or gossip at break time. sales associate was no help and our cashier was telling her life story to her co-worker on the other register & taking her time ringing me up. My child was irritated so I just wanted to hurry & get out. Spent almost $80 and didnt get my super cash.

Old Navy is a must for staples. Every day something is on sale that you can use, tee shirts, basic dresses, sweats, jeans, you name it. Plus you can get the foundations to add unique pieces to and build a wardrobe. The store is laid out beautifully with tons of mirrors, a thousands times better than their old location that they had when I was a child.

JOY RAYMENT

I got a Old Navy credit card and I went in to pay it and the people where so rude to me and told me that I cant pay it in the store. Then when I called to pay it they charged me $10 for paying my card so I cancelled it. I go threw a lot businesses and never had someone be as rude as those people were when I was just trying to pay my bill.

I like the style of the clothes but I only buy the clearance items, otherwise I think the rest of the store is over priced. The staff is always cheerful.
