I love American Eagle. The customer service is typical to say the least, it isnt the best, but the clothing there is well worth it. In fact, my boyfriend/life-mate will only buy jeans there and no place else. Having grown up in WA on the suburban side of a rich town, I always wanted to dress like a girl from NYC or upper class Seattle (even though I wasnt rich, just lucky enough to live near the rich kids). Then I left to Wyoming for college, four years there make me learn to love American Eagle. I started relaxing in jeans, tee shirts, and plaid undone button downs shirts, instead of Betsy Johnson jeans and posh shirts. Now, I cant imagine not having American Eagle clothing, they make some of the best jeans, and they always have clothing that I can get on board with.

I had a terrible time at American Eagle. One of the workers made me and my friends sound like we are stupid, she assumed we knew we had to ask for a dressing room but we were never told that. The curtains were wide open so we just assumed we could just go in. She basically said that we were slealing and then she took all of the clothes we were trying on. Definitely the worst time i had there.

Usually My experience is pleasant but today i was rudely kicked out of a dressing room. if im waiting 5 minutes for a room and no one is coming but the room is open im going to go in. She acted like my friends and I were stealing and then took the clothes we were trying on. Im sorry but get some costumer service

This is a good store for teen and young adult girls and boys. The clothing is comfortable, trendy, and there is a large selection. The only thing I dont like is the high prices, though the items are good quality.

Misleading advertising. Items on clearance not subject to clearance discounts. Staff far too "greeting happy". All in all not worth your time or money.

They play their music too loudly, and oftentimes I am bombarded with greetings and questions when all I want to do is browse the clearance
