I dont really go to AEO often although I chose to go this past weekend. I needed to ask a worker for a fitting room which took approximately 10 minutes of me waiting for the worker to actually give me a room which took less than 1 minute. The worker was helping another woman which I completely understand, but she noticed me waiting for a room as well as another woman waiting at check out. She wasnt even helping the other woman she just stood there watching until another worker came and actually helped me and the other woman at check out. The other worker was much better as opposed to the other worker. The very unhelpful worker was the one who rung me up and had a very negative attitude. I understand that working at a mall can be hectic although that is why you think twice about getting a position where you interact with customers. Definitely will think twice about going to AEO next time.

I hate the employees who work here. Comparing to Clackamas Town Center AE with this AE, its surprising. I had a load of things to try on and I was literally standing on the hallway waiting for a room. Literally, there was nobody trying on clothes in there and there was this one lady who just stood there and looked at me but didnt acknowledge that I wanted to try on some things. She literally had keys on her (btw). Sometimes I went to this AE there were literally no employees standing in there, not at the counter, not at the left or right of the shop, nothing. Worst place to be at. I would go here to buy some things that arent available at Clackamas but I wouldnt recommend going here often.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Super passive aggressive when I asked questions. Ive been at other American eagles and never have encountered this bad of customer service. Would not recommend this AE to anyone.
