Dont ever use this place. They consistently take extensive time when working small projects. I needed two lines (four words) embroidered on my lab coat. One of their employees picked a font that would match what was already on there. I was told 10 days. After no call in two weeks, I stopped by, only to be told that it had only been started the day before and would not be ready until almost closing that afternoon. When I picked up the coat, the two embroidery did not even match what was already on the coat. Dont use this business unless you want expensive, slow, sub-par work.

Do not ever use this place my son went in asking for a home town sponcership for his college football team he will be playing for next season. The Lady told him if you were part of a known Thurston family I would help but since youre not the answer is NO. Ive used this place before but never again and have been spreading the word. I am a local youth football coach and all of my parents will be very aware.
