After searching around at several mattress stores and being greeted by wonderful salesmen at every other store, our experience at ArtVan Puresleep was absolutely horendous. We walked in and the only saleswoman was in the back of the store and did not even acknowledge us for a few minutes. There were no other customers in the store. Once she did speak up, she was not very helpful and was downright rude. She directed us to the matresses we were interested in but did not get up to show us or answer any questions we might have. As an afterthought a few minutes later she directed us to another area of the store where there were similar matresses. Upon finding out we were not planning on buying a new box spring with the matress she immediately became very snippy telling us that we voided all warranties without purchasing a box spring. Whether or not this is true, we were only looking at matresses not necessarily purchasing today. After we clarified that with her (twice) she gave us a very offended look and went back to her desk, not offering any more assistance at all. Deciding our money would be spent better somewhere else, we left the store immediately and about 30 minutes later made a purchase from ABC Warehouse just down the street. ArtVan could have made a sale that day but due to their extremely poor saleswoman they lost their sale to a much better store. The salesman at ABC Warehouse was phenomenal and got us a great deal on our matress! I would go to ABC Warehouse over ArtVan any day after my experience yesterday!

Well I am guessing that the Robert that I dealt with at Art Van Pure Sleep in Canton, must be a totally different person then the Robert that Tim is speaking of!! Let me just start off by saying that I am the type of person who is leery of sales people, and I have a hard time making large purchases......I was in a horrible state when we first came to the store, I had not slept good in months, and my back was killing me.... Robert is with out a doubt the most professional salesperson I have ever dealt with since moving to Michigan. I know I wasnt the easiest customer either, because the first bed we chose was not the right one for us. Robert worked with us, talked to me on the phone several times, and never once made me feel like a burden or a bother... My husband and I were not only completely satisfied, but we think he deserves a raise!!!!! We already have plans to return soon for a bed for my daughter :)

My wife and I recently did the shop around for a mattress gig, and after being in many other places looking at dirty mattresses, dealing with cheesy salespeople with their "let me talk to the boss and see what I can do" lines, one salesman even chastised us for wasting his time, really? we ended up at Art Van pure sleep. Art Van Pure sleep was great. I thought it would just be another high pressure high price sales delivery, but Sarah and Robert were really cool. We did the sleep diagnostic machine, they had us test a bunch of mattresses that fit our results, and quoted us a price without the usual BS. Zero pressure. We walked out but came back a few days later because in the end, they were competitive with anyone, they treated us right, and have a nice clean store. the kind of place you feel good about doing buisiness at. And we are not easy to please. Highly reccommend!

I was in the market for a new mattress and had been shopping various furniture retail stores before noticing this Art Van PureSleep retail location for the very first time. After reading so many positive reviews regarding this store and store manager Robert, I decided to call the store. To my surprise and delight, Robert answered the phone and we set up a time when id be coming in. Robert took the time necessary to evaluate and assess my mattress needs and made accurate and functional suggestions with detailed information about each item. Robert and PureSleep stores provided me with an experience significantly better and more focused on the mattress purchase than the experience I received at other furniture retail stores. I would highly recommend visiting his store and making your purchase here!

I had an excellent experience at Art Van Pure Sleep in Canton with Sarah and Robert! They helped me pick the exact right mattress and pillow. I had looked at several other places, and Art Van was competitive, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. Some places that I shopped at for a mattress had sales associates that were downright rude. Prices were higher at the other places and the associates were not knowledgeable, either. I am very glad I went to Art Van Pure Sleep on Ford Road in Canton. I would highly recommend them and especially Sarah and Robert.

I do not believe Tim Wheeler. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Robert. He is very courteous and professional. Unlike the usual sales associate, Robert did not try to talk us into a more expensive bed when we came into switch our bed. Instead, to my surprise- Robert went out of his way to find us a more suitable bed that ended up being the same price as the one we switched it with. I highly recommend Art Van Pure Sleep of Canton because of Robert the manager.

Bought a (cheaper) mattress about 2 years ago from the Livonia location and it sunk almost 2 inches in the middle so we opted to return the faulty/cheap one and just upgraded to a higher quality one. Robert and Nathan did a great job helping us and we actually got our sleep assessment. They helped us find a great and better quality mattress. Great team. Not pushy at all, which is a huge turn off for me

Initially worked with Nate on our first visit- he was great! We learned a lot that day and found the mattress we really loved. We shopped around, but didnt find anything close to it. We ended up going back and purchased our mattress with Robert, the store manager. He was also great and honest. I loved working with both of them and would highly recommend going there!

Robert the manager lied. Didnt return my call. He literally yelled at me. The mattress in the store is different than the one they delivered. The ones in the stores are specially made for them. Yes its fraud.. in lots of the bed stores they have two different sides in the same mattress. I will never shop at pure sleep or Art Van again. Run from their stores.:(

Called about a stain that went thru their mattress cover that they sell you for 80.00. tech came out cleaned it said if stan was still there in 72 hours to call in. another tech came out took pictures told me to call in in 73 hours. when i called in they said its not covered and gave all kinds of excuses. Why buy the pad just clean the dtain yourself.

Was there around 6:30 on 12/28/15 and the lady behind the register was the most unhelpful. She looked at us like we didnt belong there and never left her counter to help us. She only offered an attitude with no service. She was more interested in being on her phone. Such a disappointment so we went and spent our money else where. Very disrespectful.
