Absolutely TERRIBLE delivery service. I had a great experience in the store but that was definitely ruined when their delivery men showed up at my door to deliver my mattress. They had a rude/unpleasant demeanor and I told them right away that I needed my old mattress removed (which the store said they would do). They hesitated and then said they couldnt take the bed frame. I said thats fine just take the bed then. They took my old bed/box spring and put it on the porch and brought our new king size mattress in and set it up. I said thank you as they were leaving and they said nothing and slammed the door. I assumed they were taking my old bed so I went in our room to check out the new one. When I came back outside, my old bed it still sitting on the porch and they took off. So I called the store and they put me on hold for 40 minutes and finally a delivery person answered. I explained the situation and he replied in a rude/unprofessional tone that they dont take mattresses with stains on it. I told him that we were not made aware of that at all and that doesnt even make sense because all old matresses will obviously be in old condition. He sent me back over to the store and I told them what he said and she said that they were wrong about that and they definitely should have taken it and sometimes they wont take them if they dont have room. WHAT!? So I was sent back over to them and he said the exact same thing and while im talking he rudely transferred me back over to the salesperson..... They got me in touch with the guy who sold us the mattress at that point because I was extremely upset and he said that hell have our garbage service pick it up. Well I havent heard back about that at all.... Our old matress is still sitting on our porch. And my boyfriend and I realized that the two box springs underneath our king size mattress are two completely different sizes......... The mattress is hanging off of them..... So I call today to find out when the trash service will be here and tell them about the box spring issue and they sent me to delivery AGAIN who kept me on hold for 30 minutes and then sent me back to the salesperson without even answering........... The salesperson apologized profusely and is supposedly going to have someone call me back. I am literally stunned at this place. Who in the Hell is in charge and why do they have such poor customer service!?!? We spent A LOT of hard earned money on our bed all up front paid it all and we could have gone ANYWHERE ELSE! Im absolutely disgusted. Their delivery men need to be fired. They obviously dont know how to do their job and properly represent their store. Customers spend A LOT OF MONEY on their furniture and this is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!! I highly recommend picking a different furniture store.

In June I purchased a sofa from this location. NEVER AGAIN! The initial experience was great. Friendly salesperson, nice furniture, (but expensive) and a clean store. My husband and I planned to pick up the sofa to save on the $100 delivery charge. We were told the sofa would be ready for pick up the following day and that someone would call to confirm. After 3 days of no contact from the store I decided to give them a call. First, I was put on hold for over 7 minutes with no one to ever return to the phone. I called back and explained I was on hold previously and was put on hold once again. After another 5+ minute wait I hung up. I then called back for the third time and the phone was picked up, then hung up with no words uttered! Again, I call back. Finally, I had reached someone and I was very upset. The person answering the phone did not care at all about lack of courtesy I received, but offered to check the status of my order. Low and behold...my sofa was OUT OF STOCK! I was furious at this point! The call center rep. located my salesperson who proceeded to apologize and offered free delivery of my sofa, along with a $100 gift card. Great...Ill take it. The day arrives when my sofa is to be in stock and delivered. No call from Gardner White. I call, and guess what? Put on hold immediately. Luckily, the hold was not too long this time. The rep. let me know that my sofa should arrive today and they would call when its ready for pick up. I proceeded to explain that I was to get a free delivery due to initial issues with my order. Apparently, she didnt see it in the notes of the order until I explained. She also informed me that my $100 gift card was actually a $100 gift certificate to the store. I dont want anything from that store EVER AGAIN! A few hours later I receive a call from a man at the store stating my sofa was ready for pick up. Again, I had to explain that I was promised free delivery, and he again told me he read did not read the notes on my account entirely and missed that information. I am currently waiting for a call on when my sofa will be delivered. (almost a month later!) The people working here need to be more aware and trained efficiently for their jobs. Buying a sofa has never been such a hassle for me. I will never do business with them again and if you decide to deal with them, proceed with CAUTION!

I purchased a six drawer chest, a sectional sofa and an ottoman. I was promised next day delivery on the entire order. The order came within the specified window of time. The men unloaded the ottoman and sofa and were setting it up. I told the the salesman that we had 115 inches of clearance on one wall and 110 on the other. He looked up the dimensions of the crunch and assured me that it would fit. Upon delivery it was about 20 inches too long for where we wanted to put it. We had to rearrange our entire living room setup, including I mountains and remounting a tv on a different wall due to the salesmans error. After the delivery men were done setting up the sectional, I asked about the chest of drawers. They told me that it was not on the truck and to call my salesman. I then called Greg and he looked up the order and said that the warehouse canceled the order by mistake and offered to get the order delivered today. I agreed and he said he would put in a new order and call me when he was done. After waiting an hour and a half I called him back and asked about the status. He said that he had put in the order and that it would arrive at my residence between 730 pm and 9 pm. About an hour later I got an order confirmation text that said the delivery would be here between 1030 pm and 130 am. I call ex the delivery support number and Kim was very friendly. She informed me that third we and just been confirmed and that there was no was that Greg could have given me a time window because it had just been determined ten minutes prior to me talking with Kim. I had Kim. Reschedule the delivery for tomorrow after three so now after waiting around for an incomplete order today and getting a sofa that was too large for the intended setup my family now has to wait around again tomorrow after being misled multiple times already. This is the worst sales experience I have ever had.
