My wife and I were looking to upgrade our old mattress and Nathan P. was our guide in the whole process. He explained things in great detail but with simplicity. He answered all of my questions honestly and guided us towards a great purchase of a bed that fit our needs. We didnt feel pressured or persuaded in any way and he gave us plenty of time to try each mattress without standing over us. I ordered the bed on a late evening Saturday and had it delivered early Sunday morning without any problems. The process was a breeze. Nathan was very helpful and we would highly recommend him to others looking to get a better understanding of the mattress world before buying one.

Nathan was very knowledgeable and helped my parents decide on the perfect mattress...ensuring they picked the right mattress based on their comfort level. They purchased the mattress at 7 pm on Saturday and were sleeping on it the next night. He was kind and did not push to make the sale like my previous experiences at Art Van.
