worst customer service ever. My husband and I were trying to obtain a Christmas tree topper. All they had left was the display. They were willing to sell it to us but wouldnt be able to remove it until the next morning. My husband goes back and the male Manager there that morning didnt want to sell it to us, made my husband wait an hour and told him theyd call him once they had it down. Called him and when he went to pick it up, THEY SOLD IT TO ANOTHER PERSON. The star even had a note on it with my husbands information stating we would return for it. on top of all that, they were rude, had no regards for customer satisfaction, and were just plain unhelpful. This seems to be a common theme among Target. They have great products but their customer service is terrible. The only helpful employees were a woman named Mary and a man working in electronics. Targets season department though is awful.

Returns & people with less than 12 items should not share a check-out line. If I only have 12 items, Im looking to get out of the store quickly, not wait for some mom to return the 10,000 pencils & notepads shes returning from her start of school shopping...

Best pharmacy Ive been to. Theres almost never a wait. Staff are friendly and get to know you by face and name. Store is modern and clean. Even if their prices are slightly higher than Walmarts, Id rather come here.

They do a decent job keeping everything stocked, and laid out very similar to other target stores, making it easy to find things.

They have a pizza hut, the staff at the pizza hut kinda sucks, but the target staff is helpful.
