I have worked with Office furniture Solutions for the last 3 moves as our company has grown over our 11.5 years in business. Each time we worked with their designers to coordinate our solution, it has been very impactful and a great result. We started small with our first order, using mostly used(or refurbished that looked basically new). They utilized new fabric, using existing trim, and made it first class. Our second move was mostly new and a few pieces that were coordinated to the look and feel that we wanted. Our most recent move in February of 2015 was our best design and space planning yet! It was 8,000 square feet and a large project to make all of our different departments work in harmony. I am the first person to be skeptical about things being promised: however they really made me a believer.It is very comforting to talk with their current(very successful)clients and see the solution that they provided them. I have sent a few friends of mine their way and I have heard rave reviews. Its great to work with another STRONG Michigan company.

I had a nice experience working with Office Furniture Solutions. I did the orders (4 very nice desk chairs) through email to Jamie. She was very quick to respond and the chairs arrived very quickly (2 to 4 days) to our Northern Michigan hotel. I was happy with all of the ordering and delivering service. In regards to the chairs, we REALLY like them. In the past 6 years, I have ordered a variety of chairs for my hotel staff to use in our offices. Everything from super-high-end commercial chairs to cheap Walmart chairs. They all have trouble holding up to the daily use a hotel puts them through (hotel furniture is constantly moved, shuffled, and used by numerous people every day). We noticed a few things right away - they are very sturdy for a seemingly simple chair. They also have the best wheels I have ever experienced on a desk chair. And they are very comfortable. This company has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. We ordered cubicles from them on October 22 and they installed on Dec 3. We were missing pieces and they had incorrectly ordered some of our panels. We notified them immediately and were told that it would be taken care of within 6 weeks. Six weeks passed without any communication from their staff or our sales rep, Brian Simms. I contacted them, assumed it was a bad sales rep and spoke with the owner of the company, Bruce Bullard. He assured me that he would look into it and let me know when we could expect the pieces. As of Feb 15, they still havent replaced our missing pieces or reimbursed us for the incorrect elements they ordered (despite our account being paid in full). I would think twice about using them to order office furniture. They really dont handle their clients well after their initial sales presentation. I would rather use a less showy company and get our products delivered in a timely fashion with all their components.

Office Furniture Solutions designed and built all of our workplaces. They used some refurbished products along with some new products to save us money and they did a great job. It looks wonderful. They helped us select the fabric for the workstations along with the carpet. Everything coordinates beautifully. We are very happy with the functionality of the workstations and they properly sized each cubicle to fit our needs.

This place has the worst customer service of any business I have ever seen. The sales rep Brian Simms does not communicate at all. We paid a hefty sum for some banged up furniture that was supposed to be new. We stopped the rest of our order and went with another company. You guy really suck!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wasted alot of time and money with this company. Dreadfull experience. Do not use them.
