Here is my experience. I ordered 8 pillows on 12/13/2015. I was antsy to receive them by Christmas and asked the sales lady if that would be possible. She said yes and goes on to tell me that hers delivered in 5 days. Well Christmas passed and no pillows. I waited till 12/29 to follow up and was told 7-10 business days. Well they never came! Placed another phone call 1/13 and was then told 7 days for sure. Well that passed. So I called 1/21 spoke to a woman who said the pillows were not even processed yet. I then asked for a refund and for them to cancel the order since Ive received the run around. She took my name and number and said she could not do it however the manager would call me first thing the next morning to take care of it! Haha they never called me, so I called them back and the manager is now saying no refund because this morning they started processing them and it will be up to 5 more days till I receive them! This is crazy! Horrible customer service, will NEVER purchase from there again. Will also take to social media to keep others from making the same mistake!!! 40 days and nothing!!!

We found our perfect dining room set at Ashley Home Store in Florida. They couldnt deliver where we live (Michigan), so we were very disappointed. When we got home we went to a local Art Van furniture store to see if the set could be ordered through them. They called the Toledo, Ohio store and they could not have been nicer! We arranged to have our set delivered, and they did it in a very timley manner. I also tried to track down the beautiful rug that was shown with the table in Florida showroom. No luck, the table was out of stock and discontinued. I was pretty sad about that until the Manager at that store said we could buy the floor sample! Im going to try and buy all our new furniture from Ashley. What a great experience, and we are getting lots of compliments on our new dining room set and rug!!!

We ordered a bedroom set and where told they would call when it was shipped to their store, so in turn they would let us know regarding delivery. So 2 days after the date they where suppose to call we called them because we didnt hear anything... They said they called both my self and my husband which was false. They called my phone once and didnt leave a message, so how was I suppose to know that was them. Then on delivery day everything was delivered except for my dresser, which they neglected to inform us was somehow left at the warehouse! And it would be another four days before they could deliver that!!! A courtesy call would have been professional, that way I would have kept my old dresser!!! Get it together Ashleys!!!

Incredibly shady and underhanded sales associates. My wife and I financed a living room set through Ashley furniture recently. During the process we were offered a credit line through Ashley Furnitures "Synchrony" credit line and through Wells Fargo. We declined the Synchrony credit line and went only with the Wells Fargo; well come to find out a week later that Ashley Furniture had signed us up for the Synchrony card anyways. Also the staff is obnoxiously pushy. If you want any kind of quiet while you shop you will need to confront them and tell them not to bother you again, or they will come talk to your every 5 minutes.

Bought a couch back in March of last year.With in about four months the cushions ripped.Then about two months after that the back board broke then when I tried calling them I got the run around and telling them the couch is junk all they could say is Im sorry and the sad thing I tried calling corporate and they didnt even have the respect to call me back.Not a good company to buy furniture from Just saying didnt even have my couch a year and already fell apart.

Our salesman, Barrett, was extremely helpful, as were the store managers. Barrett gave us time to discuss and decided items our our own without being pushy or hovering over us. He was very knowledgeable and honest on the various pieces we chose. Well definitely continue to do business with him at the Spring Meadows location when the need arises.

Exceptional service! The entire staff was extremely helpful, especially management. I believe there was an event manager there from out of town because of the $5, 000, 000 inventory reduction event. He assisted us very quickly and effectively and got us deals on some great stuff for a more than reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
