First of all I would like to say that working with Ashley has been wonderful she has done everything she could to try and help us out! The quality of furniture is great, but I have had a horrible experience receiving all of the items I purchased. Everything came in except the rug that I had ordered and it has now been 4 months. This I find is unacceptable. I should have been made aware of this prior to purchasing this rug that it would have such a long lead time. As of right now I still have not received my rug and they are still not sure when I will receive it. NOT HAPPY, I would have ordered a rug somewhere else if I had known this first!!

My wife wanted to by me a new Recliner for my birthday. The unit broke the first day, the arm disconnected from the bottom. I called for this lifetime warranty, they mis-typed our address on the initial delivery... They mis-typed our phone number when trying to get a support call. I have called them about a dozen times now and same line of BS every time. Today 6 weeks after the unit was deliver and broke. They called to cancel the appt to fix it. This is the worst customer service i have even experienced. I will never buy another one of their products. I would never recommend you visit or by any products from them. Go to Art-Van.

Bought thousands of dollars of furniture. Two months after the 1 year fabric warranty ran out the fabric started separating at the seam of one of the couches and one of the pillows. Wouldnt cover the cost for a service call - I spend thousands and you want to squabble over a $110 repair. Clearly dont stand behind your products. Wont be buying here anymore.

My fabric selection for the Devon Sectional blew me away and exceeded my exceptions. The shine, softness, quality is out of this world. I order the Riley high leg recliner which is the most comfortable recliner Ive every set in. Love it love it love it! .

Excellent customer service. Fixed a stitching issues two years after warranty was up free of charge. We ended up getting our rug for half off after it took 3 weeks to get in. A+++
