They are very friendly and fast for the most part. I was looking to get a second vehicle. I went up there one evening after work and spoke to a salesman, he was very friendly and knowledgeable I told him that I would come back with my fiance on Saturday to continue the search. SO we made an appointment for Saturday at 12:30p. Saturday came and we saw the same salesman, still very friendly and eager to work! After about a hour and a half he began to get aggravated because me and my fiance kept looking and wanted to look in the inside of different vehicles. We only test drove one and I wasnt really satisfied with the car and neither was my fiance. At one point of time he was going to get keys for one vehicle and I asked him if he could get the keys for another vehicle we wanted to look at. He commented and said in a joking manner "Im not going to keep running back and forth, the next set of keys I get is going to be for the vehicle you are going to get" me and my fiance chuckled and brushed it off. We ended up going back inside to look at more cars I qualified for within the $300-$400 down payment range, and you could see it on his face he was aggravated at this point. Its about 2pm-2:30 me and my fiance still havent found a vehicle were wanting to lease. So the last car and only car we test drove my fiance was like I like this one, (I know he doesnt but weve been here almost 3hrs and still havent found anything) and stated he wants to move forward with it. I then asked him if he really liked the vehicle and he said no. So when the salesman came back I was like well how long can you hold a vehicle, he responded and said 48hrs. I thought to myself we really dont want it so we will take the chance if its here it here. If not, oh well! So I told the salesman that we will follow up on Monday... After we left there we went to Memorial Dr DriveTime... BIGGER LOT, LOTS OF NICE CARS! We where like we should of came here first... We ended up putting a car on hold ( and they hold it for 30days! not 48hrs) and its a car he really likes! So here is Monday, I get a call from the salesman from Conyers and he was like I was just calling to see if you were going to pick up the car from the other lot and I stated yes we found a vehicle there and put it on hold he was like okay i said Thank you he replied YUP and hung up the phone. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. But Im sorry its my vehicle, my car note if it is not car I want Im not going to get it. PERIOD. But anyway.. not landing a sale with that salesmen he became aggravated and upset. But thats the world of a car salesman.

*Update, Jeff the manager on site stepped his game up and had all the info ready when I called this morning. Still unsatisfied with the experience but Jeff has been MVP so far. Note: You see a lot of 4-5 star ratings because they have you fill out a review right after you complete the paperwork and youre all happy. Wait until you deal with the unproffesionalism and poor quality vehicle. Unfortunately, most people arent coming back to edit their review. Well I am and hopefully people are smart enough to notice this word of caution against dealing with these people. I thought I may be a 1% that had a terrible experience but my complaints below appear to be common place. If youre trying to get a reliable and reasonably priced vehicle this isnt the place. Expect you and your money to be disrespected. Proceed at your own will, you have been advised. 4 hrs total process. Lost our keys so we had to look for them as if I lost my keys at home. Vehicle wouldnt start up when I was out on an errand later that evening. 27.6 miles later the vehicle would not start leaving me stranded. They are adamant about the 200 dollar restock fee for a vehicle that wouldnt have made it downtown according to the mileage I drove. 30 day warranty, the vehicle didnt last 30 miles! Customer service extremely rude. HQ left their sales people out there hanging. They dont know about the cars they just get them from the facility where its supposed to go through this 21 point inspection. I literally worked all day the next day trying to get answers about where to take the vehicle. I started at 10am and finally resolved to have the vehicle returned to Drive Time at 7:17pm. They were finally "gracious" enough after an entire day of arguing to cover my tow fee to Drive Time and fix the vehicle. At this point, I felt disrespected on so many different levels of their organization I think its worth losing money to return this lemon and avoid dealing with those guys. Unproffesionalism at its finest. Their warranty proved to be as fruitless as flipping a light switch thats not connected to a light. They have a "floating" GM that comes a few times a week, leaving undeveloped sales people to essentially fill out paperwork and peddle junk cars. BBB "F" for sure.

My car buying experience was rather quick and easy as opposed to other larger dealerships. Everyone is approved! But beware of slogans like that. Because they are geared toward people with less than stellar credit and you will be hit with an outrageous APR. For some, thats the only option they have, and thats understandable. The associate who assisted me was a manager, non commissioned, and was very helpful and polite. My issue was the vehicle I purchased. I thought it was a great deal. It was an 2002 with less than 80k miles with ONE owner. I thought that was great. Long story short, three major issues in a month and a week of having it. The warranty covered the repairs, but you have to pay a deductible each time you go. And each time they touched my car something else happened. I eventually found a way out of the contract and took the car back. The manager who assisted me initially, rude, unhelpful, and uncaring. If youre a seasoned buyer, avoid places like. There is a no haggle policy and you WILL end up paying way more than the car is worth.

From the time we walked through the door til the time we spent choosing our car and upon departure, this team was TOP NOTCH!!!! Our advisor was Tim Jordan. He was SUPER!!! We had the experience to work with Mr. Jeff & Ms. Laurie, whom both are on the management team. They are just as amazing. The entire team demonstrated much patience while my daughter carefully chose the car of her dreams. (Honda Accord w/ leather seats, sunroof, low miles, etc...) If you are seeking a quality car along with looking for a staff with professional service then DriveTime of Conyers is the place to visit. We were not hassled like most dealership treat their customers. They answered all the many questions I had as a mother, not to mention they gave us several options on structuring the monthly payments to fit my college daughters budget. Thanks to each of you for a job well done!!! ~Rev. C. Peak

I have been looking for a car for over 5 MONTHS. I came here and Chase and Chris worked with me. They were very nice and VERY PROFESSIONAL. If you ever come here, ask for these two. They even provide recall histories for the vehicle and let you know what you will be UP FRONT. Other dealerships wont even show you that without you begging and asking for one. I am very big on customer service and they are A1. Chase was VERY NICE. He worked with me and even with my financial difficulties. I was amazed! Oh, and Chris was extremely professional and helpful. It just goes to show you when people arent just about money and actually wants to help. I have tried several dealerships and none of them were as nice or professional with good ethics. If you are ever looking for a car, please come here. I drove very far to come here because it all about QUALITY.
