Great people. Very friendly. Purchased our second vehicle in five years from them. Unfortunately, two months later we now need a new transmission. Paid $3500k for the car. Will be paying $2000 for a new trans. Cant say for sure they knew about it. Just incredibly frustrating. UPDATE: we were contacted by Jerry after they saw this review to bring the Vehicle in and have them diagnose it. The mechanic told my husband the transmission DOES need to be replaced or rebuilt. During this time, my husband witnessed Jerry (the owner) bark to a younger mechanic about the mechanic who was truthful to my husband. When my husband confronted Jerry mid convo to the younger mechanic- Jerry stopped talking. They arent interested in making anything right because they havent called us as they said they would with an "estimate". So, my review stands. Its about the money. Not honesty. Update 1/6/2016 After the last edit up there, we were contacted again and asked to bring in the vehicle for the repair. The transmission was replaced by Cars, Trucks and More and we paid them $1875.00 bringing our total cost to $5385.00. Unfortunate experience for our family with the added cost. So far the vehicle runs good again.

Bought a vehicle from these guys about a year ago, and talk about a joke. First they bought my car on trade for $200 and turned around and put it on the lot for $2500. Then one of the running boards needed to be repaired which the offered to do, but when it started rattling again a week later, my dad checked it out and found that all they did was cram a paint stick between it and the body and tightened the bolts back down. A few weeks after that the check engine light came on, for a problem with the fuel system, and the latch on the back hatch door quit working. A month after that I had to take it into the shop because the rear end was whining, and had to replace the entire rear end ($1500), guy said that it had been leaking for a while and they just filled the fluid, and cleaned it up to sell it. And because its a used car dealer, and I signed an AS IS contract there isnt a thing I can do about it. I cant believe these guys are still open.

Have had our share of bad luck these past years that busted our credit. At a loss, could not get a loan then found Cars Trucks and More who was our light at the end of the tunnel. They were able to find us a lender to get us a loan to purchase one of their SUVs. We signed the paperwork 12/20/13. Today is 12/26/13 and our SUV is broke down. Between 12/20-12/26 we found the back window latch was busted and doesnt hold the window on, the passaenger side back door handle will not open, the headlight went out, the cruise control does not work, the dashboard lighting to show the drive features does not light, the CD player ate our CDs, and I am sure the list will continue as the days progress because this SUV is so great. This started out as a great experience. Thought it was the new start our family needed. Now since we bought the SUV as is they will give us an estimate to do the repairs. Unsure how to feel about this since I am numb.

Awful people and Aweful business. . I wish I could give negative numbers. Yes small town dealership, but horrible reliability. Bought a Jeep in Oct (had a small tick) Susan the owner began to tell me its a HEMI, Hemis do that. . Still wasnt comfortable so she offered to have her machanic look at it. . He comes back and says nothing is wrong, ticking just because its cold and its a HEMI. . 5 months later I take it into a Jeep Chrysler dealership only to find a bolt was broke and was causeing more issues. So much for a HEMI tick that is now costing $843. . Make a pit stop to talk to the owner and he blamed me for buying it! Then blamed the dealership for finding it and charging to fix it! If I can give any advice it is to NEVER buy from CARs TRUCKS and MORE (the more meaning every vehicle comes with an extra bill youll find later down the road)

Wont even let you look at vehicles unless you are preapproved through his financing. Refused to let me test drive vehicle because I had not filled out his online application so he was sure I had down payment. Because I had told him earlier in the week I might be a tough finance he refused to even unlock the doors on the Liberty I was ready to buy Saturday. He stated that he remembered talking to me and that since I had not gotten approved from his lender he would not even show me the car. What he did not realize was that I had cash in pocket from insurance settlement on car that was totaled that this one was to replace. Even when I told him I was gong to do a cash deal he just shrugged and said "Oh Well". Walked and will purchase somewhere they want sales. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I recommend you avoid this guy.

I had a great first experience here. The service was wonderful. Jason Law helped me out and went above and beyond by staying late multiple days when I couldnt come in on time due to working late and picking my son up from daycare. He was able to get me a car in no time when I needed it. I had to bring my son with me through the whole process and he can be a handful but both Jason and Sue were wonderful with him. This place is so family oriented and extremely helpful. Jason is able to work with your price needs and get you a great car as close to your wants and needs as possible. When I thought it was going to take all day to get a car I was proven wrong when Jason picked out the first one based on my needs, family needs and my personality. I definitely recommend getting a car from here if you need one!

Cars Trucks and More is a great place to find a decently priced vehicle, along with good service provided by their sales staff. I had a great experience purchasing a 2007 Laredo 4x4 off the lot there with the help of David who was able to get everything finalized in one day. I called David at 2pm and asked if we could get everything done and finalized in one day and he reassured me that it was possible. I later arrived on the lot around 3:30 and David and Mark were able to look at my trade-in, get me financed, and set up insurance for the vehicle in about 2 hours. I was driving the car off the lot around 5:30 that same day. Couldnt have asked for an easier, more pleasant process. Thanks again to the team at Cars Truck and More!

I just recently bought a car about a week ago. Everything has been just fine! Jason law was very helpful and also worked with my work schedule so I could stop in even though they were closing. Its not Jasons fault because he is not the mechanic, but I didnt like how no one said anything to me about the rusted break lines, rear end shocks leaking (air bag) and my front right wheel bearing being loose. Thats close to 1000$ in repairs so I wouldve definitely like to have known about that instead of taking it to Howell auto to have them check it out. On a good note, I do feel as if they gave me a very fair trade in on my vehicle. My transmission was out on the car I traded in and they gave me what I wanted for it. Thanks Jason
