Went to look at a 2000 chevy impala they had listed for 2000, I liked it, offered them 1600 and they took it, unfortunately the battery was bad in it and they needed to change it so it could pass emissions, understandable, so I put a 500 dollar down payment down to hold the car, this was Saturday morning. The following Monday comes and I call throughout the day to check on the status on the car and am eventually told to be there at 6 to pick it up and it will be ready. Get up there and am told to have a seat, wait for about an hour and after being clearly agitated the girl at the counter asks how she can help, I tell her Im here to pay for the car and pick it up. She asks if Im ready to make payment, of course I am, and before she swipes my car I ask her if its ready to drive off because I can still see it sitting next to the garage, she has to go to the manager and check. This is where it gets good. The manager comes up, dont remember her name but she is the black woman, and tells me the car isnt ready yet, even though I was told earlier to be there at 6 to pick it up. I ask how that is possible being they have had a day and a half to work on it, and I know after changing a battery it takes a vehicle 30-50 miles of driving for the battery to register to pass emissions, she says she doesnt quite know, but it isnt ready. Then another guy comes in, big black dude, I assume either the owner or head mechanic, he comes in and says he personally drive the car around for 3 hours today and it just isnt ready, so I start questioning how they have cars listed and are trying to sell vehicles that wont pass emissions, then the big dude gets a cocky attitude and says hes pulling the car off the market, after Ive put my 500 dollars down, and I have to wait for them to go get a money order for me, I waited 30 more minutes for them to get me a money order, and they drove the car I was trying to buy to get the money order. I read the reviews about the place online, and chalked it up to people just having bad experiences, but after this, I really believe this place does whatever they have to do on their vehicles to pass emissions, they clear the check engine light(and Id say enough customers think the same thing to make that a legitimate statement), and are just trying to make a quick buck. Terrible customer service, lack of integrity, and the place is run down, I highly recommend staying away from this place.

If I could give no stars I would, I have yet to receive my title, even though I paid for my car flat out..they keep coming up with excuses and found out after calling the state they are not licensed to be selling cars. The manager Roberta is never there, the girls she has working dont know anything all they care about is money. The car I bought, needed a new battery, new tires all around ,an oil change and new brakes and they sent my sons who are very young and I off the lot. Georgia has a 30 day lemon law and if you have any issues please report them to the state. Dont Just let them sell you raggedy cars with no responsibility for the dangerous conditions theyre in.

The finance manager is more after money than helping someone who is trying to buy a car. She have a google voice bootleg answering machine that stays full, she always never there and have two other girls who are confused about paperwork that never know how to respond to a potential buyer. The cars are junk on the lot and they want a heavy down payment so that you can drive off and come back a day later to complain. They need to be shut down, or lower your standards a tad bit on purchasing a vehiclebecause even your demeanor shows that you think youre better than others with them drawed on lashes looking like turantulas.

I bought my 2007 Cadillac escalade I am a female and when car shopping alone I originally had a wall up ready to fight whatever this "Sales guy" told me. Fortunately for me, Natez is not a pushy sales guy. He seemed to really want to help me find the perfect car that worked to my wants as well as my budget needs. DEFINITELY recommend asking for Natez and they gave a free tank of gas wohooo!!!!

I felt important! I was tired of searching for a car and getting the dealer talk with hidden fees etc. I found THE PERFECT CAR FOR ME online. When i went to Quick Cars the car i wanted was about to be auctioned they went and got the car for me. After the test drive i was sold. I came back the next day and the process was quick i was in and out within hour and a half.

Purchased a vehicle in June 2017 from Quick Cars... Its been 45 days almost now and my county tax/tag office has not seen the title. Now Quick Cars phone isnt working so I am guessing this place is out of business? If not, avoid this place, fair warning if its not already too late. If this has happened to anyone else, chime in please.

I brought my first Range Rover from Roberta and it was one of the best sales experiences I had in Georgia she was fast courteous and had the best inventory. Im not an easy customer and they dealt with my picky and cheap ways. Im glad I brought my first Range Rover from them and will recommend everyone shop here

I purchased a 1999Jaguar XJ8 and it is a great car! I drove it 3.5 hours home and it performed flawlessly!! The staff was very helpful and made the deal extremely painless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good car at very reasonable prices! I will do business with them again for sure.

Great people, welcoming setting, I bought my Lexus comfortably no hassle. Fantastic Manager, other workers were attentive. I appreciate the manager and superior talking to me to set my mind at ease, very down to earth making. My financial purchase here was great and I would do it again. I highly recommend.

My experience was great! Awesome staff and management! They were very helpful from the start amd it didnt take long to purchase my 2004 cadillac sedan deville. I would go again and refer anyone. Once my feal was finished they put gas, cleaned, emissions and more. Thank you quick cars.

Expect poor communication, a long wait, and to invest a couple grand into whichever vehicle you buy. . Staff very arrogant staff and rude. Could not get off phone to say good bye after sale was final and I was walking out the door. Finally expect to have to get a new set of wheels.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give them a zero, I would. Bought a BMW last week, it wasnt even two days before the service engine soon light came on. The car needs over $30,000. Im basically back to scratch for looking for another car. DONT even waste your time !
