My husband bought his Dodge Ram from Joseph auto sales... What a joke! They dont negotiate on price because there already priced to sell & come with a limited parts n service warranty...blah blah blah. I call BS because 24hrs later it started having issues (the catalytic converters); which they only replaced one, not both & didnt even bother to change/check the O2 sensors or replace them; yet they had his truck in the shop for 4 days. We finished doing all the rest ourselves in an afternoon. Plus to top all of that off... It took us over 6wks to get the title! Do not do business here! Spend your money elsewhere!!!!

They say they work with bad credit.but all they do is string you along for weeks with no results. The owner tells you he will call you back. and tells you he can help you. Than he never calls you back. I called and left message for 3 days. after he told he would call me and and didnt. and he wouldnt talk to me or even return my call. So dont even bother if you need a car go somewhere else. Vary bad business practices.

What a joke... NEVER do business with this man. We got a vehicle that is a complete death trap, paying over 6,000 dollars for a car that had 200,000 plus miles on it. Long story short we returned it and he was able to sale it for $500 (what its actually worth) but we still owe them over $6,000 for this lease. ***** PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY **** This vehicle also had tons of problems covered up.

Worked with Don on purchase of my car. Very straightforward, honest experience. Love the fact that they offer warranties. Granted, they are only limited warranties (discounts on parts and labor), but its better than nothing:) My advice, always arrange for financing on your own - dont rely on a dealership.
