I went in for a yearly exam totally new to this place. Ive been to four eye places since I got glasses about 8 years ago. I ended up getting the sharpest contact lens prescription Ive ever had in my life and my vision is the best it has ever been. It is scary to think that other places were giving me a mediocre prescription, leaving me to say, "Well I can see better than I could I guess..." but at Definitive Vision, my eye sight is 20/20. They worked amazingly with my insurance plan to where I could get contacts with 2015s plan and get lenses replaced in my favorite frames that I already owned with my 2014 plan. Most definitely the best in Omaha! I am so thankful that I received service here, vision is such an important aspect to life and I will no longer trust any other place than Definitive Vision.

This is my first time working with Dr. Elwood at Definitive Vision. The staffs were friendly and accommodating to fit me in their busy schedule (I walked in the office with no appointment). The office was clean and modern. They also have a variety of modern and chic frames and sunglasses. The staffs were very friendly and helped me pick out the right frame for my look. In addition, Dr. Elwood was very nice and knowledgable; he explained everything carefully and took his time during my visit. I even got a chance to utilize their modern technology like the Optomap to carefully exam my eyes. Overall, I was very happy to find this new place and would be happy to recommend everyone to see Dr. Elwood.

My family has been to Definitive Vision and Dr. Elwood since they opened in MidTown Crossing ... and he is worth the long drive across town. Dr. Elwood always answers all our questions, hes friendly and prompt. You never sit and wait and with 3 kids, this is very important. He is wonderful with my young daughters too. His staff always knows exactly what our VSP insurance covers and itemizes every expense for us to help with sticker shock. They also did a fantastic job helping my eight year old find the perfect glasses and helped her excitement on transitioning into them. Look no further than Definitive Vision! Best place in town!

The office is very nice with cutting edge technology and Dr. Elwood always is running on time, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with his appointments. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly! They have a great eye glass selection with brands such as Rayband, OGI and Seraphin. I give it my highest recommendation!

Best experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. I have been wearing contacts for over 10 years and this was by far the best visit, best exam, and best prescription. It was very fast and efficient, and they did a great job explaining how much I owed them after applying my insurance. I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs an exam for any reason.
