After several years of going to TSO Willowbrook for my eye care and new frames, I am glad I chose to try TSO Tomball. *I have only done frame selection at TSO Tomball, I have yet to do an eye exam.* TSO Willowbrook is closer to my house and therefore more convenient, but while visiting my mom at work in Tomball, she suggested I try TSO Tomball, and I thought, why not? I had already had an eye exam at TSO Willowbrook, and was ready for new glasses, but their frame selection was poor. So I decided to try the Tomball location. Maybe they had a slight difference in their frame selection, even though theyre both TSO. The difference was substantial. They had a bigger selection, and I picked out a great Armani frame I had not seen at the WiIllowbrook location and chose it right away. Whats even better is the front line staff at TSO Tomball is a lot nicer to deal with than at TSO Willowbrook. When I made an impromptu request for an insurance lookup, Ryan was happy to take the time to search for my information and let me know my co-pay and expiration date, for me and my three siblings. Lesley was also a great staff member who worked with me to get pricing for me and my siblings, who have all worn prescription glasses since we were 8. When my sister and brother changed their minds several times, Lesley was happy to revise the pricing and explain the differences. She also took time to explain the pricing for contact lenses and their different types, because my sister was curious about them. We stayed for 2 hours but during the whole visit, I felt like a valued client. I picked up our new glasses less than a week later and the technician was also a great guy. He was friendly to my siblings, was especially patient with me. I took a long time adjusting to my new frame and lens, and looking around the office to test them out, but he took the time to sit with me and adjust my frame(3 times) until I had a good fit. TSO Tomball definitely earned my future business. Great front line staff. Cant wait to work with the optometrist. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Tomball area for eye care and glasses.

Repugnant. Great two girls in the front. Greeted me right as I walked in. But the manager is one thing. Just walked on by. Which was fine; twice? Nothing. Finally, so much false sticky sweet "attitude" it nearly gave me a cavities. ive never felt so taken aback by how i was brushed off. I will never come here again. And is it just me or is there different staff every six months. Enjoyed the guy who had the big green glasses, i cant recall his name but he was very helpful and honest. It seems like theres a high turn over rate, looks like poor management. This time around they didnt get it right.. Again. I. WILL. Inform everyone I know about the misgivings here. Horrendous.

I went this center for a general exam and to be fitted for contacts. I wasnt greeted when I walked in and a man from the back had to give me the paperwork and when I tried to turn it in to a woman who happened to be at the desk she wouldnt even make eye contact with me, the other guy had to come back out to take it. I sat down to wait and overheard other patients with appointments at 11:30 and 12 (mine was at 11) being taken straight to the back. I decided my money/insurance was better off spent at an establishment that values the customers that are the sole reason for its existence. I wouldnt recommend this center.

loved this office. i have always gone to willowbrook but hate the drive. met the now doc few years ago at that location. the hubby said he really liked this office better than willowbrook, so i tried them and happy to say i will continue to go. they were even great with my follow up. great doc, and staff. they may not be the least expensive but i have gone to TSO for at least 25 years and dont plan on switching. I dont mind paying a bit higher cost for better service, not being pushed or pressured into buying something and the patience.

I have been going here for years. Jana was the manager. Just walked in to get my son new glasses and absolutely no one helped me. No acknowlegement, nothing. When there was no one else in the store I even went up and stood in front of the receptionists station and the two women behind the desk still didnt say anything to me. Finally left in frustration. I will never go back there. Lousy, lousy customer service.

I went to TSO Tomball and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly & I was greeted upon entry. I have also taken my son there and had a great experience then too (about 6 months ago). All the employees and the Dr. were nice and explained everything in an easy to understand manner every time I had a question. We will definitely be going back in the summer to get my sons eye exam again. Vista Provost

This doc is on his game, very professional. In and out with out short cuts. Went in a few months ago, due to an infection. He got it right. Ill continue to go here. Went in for new contacts. Once again the staff n doc got it right. Love my new contacts. Thanks again doc.
