Honestly i dont think this place was worth one star. The staff is rude. When i walked in i asked of they had time to see a family of four. I was met with an annoyed sigh and eyes being rolled. They bully you in to getting what they want you to get. I was getting contacts, when i was fitted with trials i told them i could see them and i couldnt right. I was told i wasnt used to them so i tried to wear them and for 3 days my eyes hurt so ba and i had terrible headaches. That was AFTER i removed them. I felt like my son was discriminated against as soon as the doctor found out he had adhd. As soon as he found out he told my son to sit with his hands in his lap and then looked at me and said, "i know thats too hard for him." after that i was completely done. Also i have a medical condition that effects my eyes and the dr wanted to see me again to look at it. When i walked out of the exam room the dr was at the desk in the waiting area talking about it aloud. Isnt that a violation of the HIIPA ACT? They actually expected me to go back?! Nope. Now they wont give my girlfriend her contact prescription. She wants to get hers elsewhere. If they dont give it to her shell have to pay for a new exam. Im very angry at this place staff and dr. NEVER GO THERE!

While I did appreciate the managers highly-skilled and welcoming assistance, and I do enjoy the glasses I purchased from Eyemart Express, I wont be going back for my next pair. Being a woman with prominent, "masculine"-looking features, I had an employee mistake me for a man (which does happen from time to time). After several instances of being referred to as a "he," I politely corrected the misperception - and this began an extended, public conversation with a second employee complete with unwanted observations, jokes, suggestions, etc. All I wanted was to order my new glasses and go home... I didnt want to have to dwell on my physical appearance on the sales floor of a busy retail establishment. Although the employees displayed no obvious animosity toward me, I felt singularly humiliated and debased during the entire transaction just the same. Had I not already dedicated two-and-a-half hours to the eye exam/ordering of new glasses, I would have left without spending any money there. Im still bothered by how the focus dwelt upon my body instead of expediting my professional service...

Wrong prescription from place next door the first time, then glasses looked like they had been run over with a truck when they came out of the lab they were so bent, put them on, they where at about a 45 degree angle on my face, looked at the clerk said you think these look crooked, no they look fine. After an hour of adjusting they are still crooked. everything appears to be in order but I still cant see across the room..........Looks like the higher level of management doesnt give a ____ either, dont waste your money........

Worst place ever!! They broke my first pair, took them over a week to mail them to me and then I was told by one of the employees that since she wasnt doing anything she could go ahead and mail them to me. After my glasses arrived they were bent, scratched and cracked. I will NEVER come back to this store nor will I refer anybody to it! Come on guys, get it together!!!

I decided to visit the nearest store from my place and this way I came across Vision 4 less where I not only bought a beautiful pair of stylish-looking glasses but also bought it at most competitive rates.

I went in looking for a public restroom and came out thirty minutes later with two pairs of glasses. I Never did get to go to the bathroom because they dont have a public one. Oh well, a little piss on my pants couldnt outweigh the deal I got on two pairs of glasses...

Excellent service when ordering my glasses. They said it would take 2 hours to make the glasses, however it only took 1 hour. The sales man checked them and the tint wasnt right so i had to wait for over 40 minutes for them to correct it. Overall a good experience.

Lousy service. Had to return three times before my glasses were finally correct after being informed by text each time they were ready, Obviously no quality control whatsoever. The people working in the store were not well trained and unprofessional. Never again.

My experience at Eyemart was very refreshing. Jean, the sales associate that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me find a pair of frames that complemented my face. The two-for-one pricing was a big plus. The service I received was fantastic.

If there was zero stars I would give Alize a big fat thumbs down she told me it was impossible for lenses to be placed in a new frame as a temporary fix yet Jordan in SandSprings was able to help with this Alize is lazy & terrible job skills

I was told that the glasses would be done in the same day and they werent. However, they made contact with me and wanted me to be happy and was willing to give me free glasses. I call that customer service. I did pay for them anyway.
