I bought glasses here with the bogo sale going on. However I was not pleased with the service I received my glasses were ok but werent as clear as I thought they should be. I bought two pairs not even brand named payed out of pocket and was over $300 to me thats expensive being they werent named brand frames. I wanted to get a refund after my glasses were ready. Rashad was very friendly at first but then when we discussed the refund issue he wasnt looking eye to eye at me he kept laughing but I didnt find anything funny. Honestly what kind of trust can you have with a business when they dont look at you in your eye especially when discussing an issue. But no everything is fine when it comes to purchasing items but a turn around when a refund wants to be given. Dont recommend this location, simply bc their staff doesnt seem to trust worthy. Glasses arent too bad tho.

Amazingly different , After such a very very bad experience at the location at Willowbrook mall last year was afraid to go to another Visionworks . Was extremely impressed and there is absolutely now comparison . This place was wonderful. Great people , Cant say enough good about everybody here. Read the reviews on the Willowbrook location, then read all of these. How can same company be so different. I will go back again.
