Edit *One Year Later*: So its been one year since I got my vehicle and man, I regret it. I was pretty naive about my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and after having it explained to me, I strongly urge new buyers to be careful. Im stuck paying roughly $27,000 for a vehicle priced and valued at $7,000 street value. My handling fee for my paper work and documentation was $7,500. My AC broke down 3 weeks after driving off the lot to which to their credit they offered to fix. I was told they could get my payment below $500 a month and they busted. My fault for not getting that in writing. Overall, Im stuck with a regret. Once I pay this vehicle off, Im gone from this dealer ship. If you do however go here, take an experienced buyer. Original Review: Applied for a vehicle and was contacted the next day by (removed dealers name) Very friendly and tried to help me with all my needs. Walked out with a very good vehicle. Great experience!

This was my original post two months ago when I first got the car."Smooth painless process. David was a great help and made this a enjoyable process. I look forward working with them in the future." But since Ive had the vehicle I have yet to be able to drive it more than once a day. First issue that arose was a bad battery that gave out on me the first night I had it. They replaced it free of charge. Which was nice but would have been nicer if it would have happened before I got the vehicle. This second issue is the major one. Have had fiesta motors repair look at the vehicle twice. Both times was told the issue was resolved. Turns out im gonna have to take it back for a third time. Same problem of once the eninge warms up vehicle constantly bucks and cant accelerate. Inclines are a huge risk. Just another case of a good looking vehicle but big problems under the hood. Be cautious about what you get here.

It was an awesome experience.....I pestered Lee Hutchinson for 2 weeks straight while awaiting my first check from Convergys. He answered all my questions. He took me seriously. My desire for a truck was heard and made just as important. They gave me what I wanted. Im now the proud owner of a 2008 Ford Ranger, Black, extended cab, factory mags, radio/CD player and AC. They didnt try to rook me or take advantage of me. Down payment of 600.00 and monthly payments of 400.00. We did have to replace the battery the next morning but they came and jumped the truck; personally escorted me to Battery Joes and covered the cost of a brand new battery. Being a single woman with no family network this kind of treatment made me remember why I live in Texas. There are still men and businesses that treat a woman like a precious valued commodity. Thank you Lee Hutchinson and Fiesta Motors!!!!!!!!!!

Rafael sold me a car and said they offered insurance at a lower price than what I could find. It was important to me to be a decision based on the monthly cost of the car and insurance. I could see the only way to afford the car was to use their insurance. So I was happy I got a car knowing I was paying to much but I had bad credit. I expected that. But what I didnt expect was the intentional deception to get me to buy there insurance that only covered their lose. They let me drive off the lot without STATE APPROVED INSURANCE! Is that legal? This really created a hardship for me. I cant afford the insurance that I have and its the cheapest I could find. Not happy! Rafael how do you sleep at night?

Chris was a great salesman, just not happy with our truck. It has broke down on us 3 times in a month. I no longer feel safe in the truck. Thinking about cutting our losses and going elsewhere. - 11/23/16. Purchased our truck 9/1/16. The truck has been in tge shop on 10/3. Tonight it broke down once again, this time it lost power while driving down 50th. Now the damn thing wont start. The service department is closed for the holiday. Im sure well have to pay the $100 deductible again to get it "fixed" again. Very dissatisfied. So much for going to see my family out of town for Thanksgiving.

We went in to inquire about a vehicle. When we arrived we asked what year the vehicle was, how many miles it had on it and the price of the vehicle. The only question they could answer was what year the car was. We were told that if we wanted to know the price we would have to fill out their credit application that would only take about 5 minutes to get an answer on. 45 MINUTES later, we were told that we werent eligible to buy the car we were looking at. Best part.......we had the cash to buy the car had they just told us the price. We will never do business with fiesta motors again

Great customer service...I remember walking in and a guy name chris approached me and ask how could he assist me and i told him i needed a car asap and replied back and said well u came to the right place so se sat down and did the paperwork and afterwards we walked around the parking lot the first car dat i saw was a grand marquis but he showed me sumthing better instead i drove off the lot in a 2003 Lincoln town car my payments are real cheap and he made sure i drove around and in style so if u need a car fiesta is the place ask for chris...

Lee Hutcheson is the BEST! I dreaded the thought of going car shopping with my daughter this past week, although it was her first purchase, i shouldve been more excited because I am so very proud of her... Lee changed my entire thought process as soon as we met, from helping any way he could in giving us what we wanted to making sure we were comfortable.... what was even more settling for me was that he is a very very handsome man... "Who cares about looking at these cars anyway!" lol.... jk/jk... Thank you again Lee, YOU ARE the BEST!!!

I was not expecting to get anything for my trade-in but Chris G. was able to get me into a car the very same day. I was elated because now I have a reliable vehicle with reasonable car payments! The asking price of the vehicle was higher that what is listed on KBB website by about 40% (reason why Im not rating this experience at 5 stars) but for someone who has bad credit, this was easily overlooked! My interest rate was also not bad for someone who has bad credit. Im now in a reliable car and am as happy as ever! :D
