Literally everyone Ive spoken in regards to buying a vehicle views the entire experience as a cage match between you and the dealer. From the sounds of it, youre going to lose, every single time; a fight to the death, or at least until your patience runs out due to all of the negotiating. This is EXACTLY what happened to me when I went to the Ford House. The salesman took me to his desk and haggled with me through his mysterious manager who would only look at me through the glass in his office, behind his computer, and offer me "better" deal after "better". The second day of these shenanigans, I decided to go elsewhere with my money and arrived at Reagor Dykes Auto Mall. I was skeptical at first, due to only hearing about this dealership from an acquaintance, but opened up the front door, cautiously, and heard "Hi! How can we help you?" from a lady standing over her desk towards the back of the room. This lady was the manager, Joanne, who couldnt have been more welcoming and helpful. I told her what kind of truck I was looking for and in no time, Joel brought me out the truck of my dreams! Chris and Devin helped me through the entire process, then Joanne got me a monthly rate that I could afford based on my needs. I would recommend Reagor Dykes to absolutely anyone serious about buying a vehicle and adamant about receiving the best customer service.

For 3 months we had been looking and researching options for our next family vehicle. We had a specific list of what we were looking for. Chris Lucero worked so hard to find us the perfect deal and vehicle. He was such a professional as was very open minded when helping us choose the right one for us. Where most car sales men would force anything on you to make a sale as quick as possible he took the time to make sure we loved the car we were buying. This place is awesome. I came In really needing a car, with not the best of situations. And Chris and Celeste worked ALL day to help me out. Ive gotta say, I dont know about some of the other dealers in Midland. But I would definitely recommend to come here first. We just bought our third car from Reagor Dykes and all three experiences have been great. Dexter, at the Midland store, sold us the last two cars, a C-250 Mercedes for my daughter and a 2015 Cadillac Escalade for my wife. The process was actually enjoyable! The cars were exactly what we wanted and the price was right on all three. When we get ready for another car or truck, we will be calling Dexter at Reagor Dykes! Danny was a huge help and went above and beyond to find a car for me. I bought a car which was supposed to be delivered to Midland today by noon, and both Danny and the transportation driver are nonresponsive. Its 4 hours late, and no one is saying anything to me. I dont know how Im going to be able to get to work today. Highly disappointed, as this was poorly arranged on their part.

Great experience. My wife wanted a certain vehicle and Joel looked and looked for several months. We almost bought a vehicle but when the dealership went to pick it up it did not pass Reagor Dykes inspection process. Joel was not phased and kept looking. In the end he found exactly what we were looking for. Ill come back and use Reagor Dykes for our next vehicle purchase.

I just recently had my car detailed thru Reagor Dykes of midland, and all I can say is that its the best place for the money! Cheap affordable and quality. Every little crevice was cleaned and was upheld to way more of a standard then I was expecting. Would definitely recommend them for all your automobile cleaning needs!
