My experience at this store was less than stellar. After purchasing a new Dell laptop for my father, I had to return it to the store after three months due to a motherboard failure. The person in the store helping me was nice enough when I made the return and offered to replace the computer with one of equal value. Unfortunately, the store manager would not honor the offer. Thus, the computer was shipped off for repair. It took weeks for the computer to be repaired (yes, it was during Christmas) but it is still not working properly. Since then, good customer service has sorely been lacking to the point that my sister was told that I shouldnt have purchased the computer in Atlanta when my father lived in another state. Really? What they should have done is replace the computer. I would have gladly accepted another one of equal value since the model I bought is no longer available, or I would have paid the difference for a higher priced machine. I hope other Microsoft Stores are not like this one and stand behind the products they sell.

I dont think this is a store, even though they have several items with price tags and quantities of those items on hand. We were one of 3 customers in the showroom. We wanted to buy an XBOX ONE game, it had a price tag, they had 5 of them. There were 3 people "working" in the showroom. One was showing a laptop to a customer, the other 2 were at the front of the showroom chatting away about something. The other customer tried to get their attention as did we. They were zoned out and more concerned with traffic outside the mall. So we put our item back and walked out of the showroom at which point one of the staff acknowledged us and said "See you next time" to which I responded "Their wont be a next time"... If I knew this was a showroom where you cant buy anything, I would not have went there. I suppose its good if you want to check something out before you buy it.

My partner and I visited this store around 7:30 p.m. on a Monday night to buy a Dell Inspiron on sale. There was only one other customer at the time. We had a pleasant salesman who answered all our questions, and allowed us to look around freely and examine the Dell. When we came to pay, the store manager took care of us. He was very friendly and cooperative, giving us a full discount on the sale price. It is probably worthwhile going to the store at a quiet time when staff are available to give you relaxed, personal attention.

I went to this store to discuss some issues I was having with my phone. I waited 10 minutes for 2 employees who were talking about there weekend to help me. I asked a couple questions and the young gentlemen could not even answer one of my questions. Then he asked if I was interested in purchasing a new phone. My phone is 6 months old. Microsoft PLEASE educate your staff. I am a long time windows guy. I will not be purchasing any more windows products. Apple will be happy with my money since Microsoft doesnt seem to need it.

They sold me the assure program which covers up to 5 computers repair services for 1 year. The technician told me they service any brand including mac. Well, Today I gave them my MacBook to repair but the new technician refused it and said they dont work on mac. So what was the whole lecture the first technician gave me about them working on any brand no question ask? Please get your facts together and homer peoples time.

I checked out this store for the Lumia 1520 phone.. They had a large selection of phones, tablets, laptops and even an area kids could play Xbox games on. The staff was very friendly and didnt bug me a ton like other stores.. They asked if I neede help and when I said no, just looking, they let me be. Nice folks. Oh and its NOT a kiosk as someone else said. its a rather large store.

Went into the store to resolve issues with Surface Book. Our technician Tenisha B was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient. Tenisha stayed with us until issue was resolved and even moved screen protector to replacement Surface Book. Tenishas outstanding support turned what could have been a frustrating issue into a pleasant service experience!

Had to return a gaming laptop I bought online. The machine was perfect, just not the perfect fit for me. Joshua was amazing. He and his coworker handled the return with no hick ups. Very understanding and helping people. They even gave me a coke to enjoy while we were having a very nice conversation. This has been my best costumer experience of 2017.
