June 19, 2014 Target - Cincinnati, OH Central - 4825 Marburg Avenue This Target has the BEST Sales and Customer Service Associates! I had stopped into Target this morning to look at Blu Ray DVD Players. The Sales Associate in Electronics, Anna, was one of the most helpful, informed, courteous Sales Associates that I have ever encountered. Anna really went out of her way to give great assistance; she was expertly knowledgeable about the electronics, and provided the best and most useful customer service that I have seen in years. And it is evident that Anna enjoys her career, and likes helping the customers. It is SO refreshing to see this extreme level of professionalism - especially in todays society. I have shopped at this Oakley Target for many years, and now it has become my number one store for all purchases. With friendly, competent associates such as Anna, this Target store is sure to be very popular with all customers. Respectfully, Bonita Jakubec

If you are going there to buy electronics such as video games or DVDs then TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. I bought a game from here the other day and went home, played it for a few hours and realized I did not like it at all. I went back to Target 2 days later to return it, get in store credit, or exchange it for another equally priced game. They told me since the game was open they cant do anything at all for me in regards to returning the item. The disc was 100% okay and there is no reason the store cannot at least give me in store credit and allow me to turn it back in. They claim "copywrite laws" wont allow them to which is fine and all, but stores like Gamestop will give you a period of time to return a game if you dont like the one youve bought; this gives me all the reason in the world to never go back to this store to buy electronics if I cant even buy a video game with peace of mind.

Clean store, great organization, and their ICEE machine is always working! No real problems with beggars outside either! Store always has a decent clearance section also. Great toy section with all the current toy releases. Also a fantastic electronics section! Self check-out lanes work well and help greatly. My only complain about this store has always been the cashiers. They double and sometimes triple ask you to get a Target credit card. Cashier: "Would you like to sign up an save 10%?" Me: "No thank you." Cashier: "Are you sure?" Me: "Yes, Im sure." Cashier: "Last chance! You can save 10% today!" Me: "No, Im sure. Thank you. Please let me go so I can leave and you can harass the next person in line."

Ahhh Target... the working mans wal-mart. This is an average Target. Its big and easy to move about. The beer/wine selection is so-so. Far from the selection at a Kroger but better than a wal-mart or average gas station. They do have some locals which is nice. I also like shopping for movies here. The selection is small - but they always have a few deals that compete with Amazon/BBY/WM. Target is also one of the few retailers that still carries baseball cards - thats almost worth another star. The Pharmacy here is nice too - fast and professional.

I placed an order online for pickup at the store in order to avoid the shipping charge. When I arrived to pickup the order the woman at the service desk advised me that it would be "a few minutes" before someone could bring my order to the service desk. I decided to browse the store while waiting and when I returned to the service desk there were several people in line ahead of me. The woman I had spoken with previously was nowhere to be found, so I waited in the line again. Be aware that "in store pickup" at Target may be a slow process.

Store is well maintained and stocked. Items are generally where you think theyd be located according to the departments, which makes it easier to get in and get out. I dont shop produce, so my review is more geared towards home goods and cleaning materials. Staff is generally friendly and eager to help if needed. There have been multiple times where staff has informed me of a promotion that I was unaware of that could save me money on my current order.

Besides the nice assortment of home decor that I liked, this location was definitely one of the worst Ive visited. Not only did it appear like guests had torn apart merchandise such as wrapping on coasters and torn off price tags, but the moment I walked in, the stench that came from the bathrooms permeated the entire front section of the store. I love Target, and usually love that each layout is similar per store, but I wont be back to this one.

Im usually a fan of Target, but had the worst experience here. The shoe department is a disaster. The display shoes dont represent the boxes below them...its a treasure hunt trying to find shoes. I also tried to use the Cartwheel app at self checkout and it wasnt applying my discount correctly. The store representative wouldnt apply the discount for me. I lost over $10 because of poor employee training. And wasted a lot of time.

Well its alright as targets go. Bathrooms could be cleaner 3/5 times there dirty. I know its probably hard to keep clean since most of the workers are young and dont wanna do a bathroom.but cmon. The snack bar lets the Pickens get stale too often. Cmon its friggin popcorn theres a reason its sold cheap. It is cheap Your not disposing of steak....its popcorn. Other than that and the general lack of product knowledge its avg.

Shelves are filled with items that are cleverly packaged second quality goods dressed up in trendy persuasive labels with names that appeal to buyers who question their own self-esteem. Their groceries are expensive and their merchandise seems slightly sophomoric for some reason. Ive tried to buy things from this store but I just can not bring myself to pay extra for crap in a pretty label with goofy new-age sounding names

I ONLY visited Target because I got a gift certificate. Their transgender bathroom policy is downright dangerous, so my family avoids shopping there. I spent the bare minimum. As a 200lb former boxer, I could say I Identify as a woman and have a field day in the womens facilities if I a bad person. Top that off with rude service. Glad Target has lost over 10 billion in stock value since the CEOs ridiculous policy.

Ive never seen a Target set up like this one. The new display set ups are great, I wish our stores in Columbus were modeled after this one. Plus theyre advertising the new Mario Kart game, so they have the store themed after the game. The carts have wraps on them to look like cars and when you enter the store, the race starting music plays. Overall, I would definitely go to this store often if we lived in the area.

Went to the optical department n got great service with appt. Had to get rgp contact lenses at a reasonable rate. The place to go. These are a rare lens and other places got me for over $300 for these but at under $160 for exam and lenses with same insurance.. wow what a difference in cost and service. About an hour of my time max. Compare to wing eyecares costs this is hands down cost n awesome customer service
