Terrible store, and I am a Walmart fan. Went to Deli, the woman there looked at us, no greeting, and went to the back. A male employee walked by us, saw us, and went around the counter then into the back. We waited, peeked over the counter, they were smoking!! After 8 minutes, (we timed them) I finally said "Hello, can anyone help me? The woman glared at me (!) then took her cigarette into the cooler! The male picked up a bag of garbage, put it into a large can and came out to the counter. I told him we wanted 2 lbs, of turkey, and he reached in a grabbed the meat without washing his hands or putting on gloves!!! We went to the checkout area IMMEDIATELY and spoke to a manager. SHE was leaning up against the wall near the registers, talking on a cellphone to a friend, it was no service call. She put the phone on her shoulder and said, " What you want?" I tried to tell her what happened, and she rolled her eyes and said " Yeah, yeah, whatever. Well deal with it." That was in Feb. 2014. I called the store 2 DAYS IN A ROW, no one took it seriously. Ive lived here 16 years and shopped this store, but never again. If Walmart Hamburg is too far out of our way, we shop Meijers, K-mart or Roses. PLEASE fix this!!

BUYER BEWARE, ON BOXES THAT HAVE BEEN RE TAPPED...THIS IS MOST LIKELY A RETURN, BUT THEY WILL JUST SET IT BACK ON THE FLOOR TO MAKE THE NEXT CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE!!!!! Customer service is fairly ok...Products sold is another issue... We purchased a 5.0 Haier chest freezer....got it home of a Christmas present and found not only has it been out of the box....but its extremely damage, due to the bottom should sit flat according to the manufacturer...this one is wrapped, and again its been out of the box, which means it has been returned to the store.....I question out of that store all of the items I run across that have been tapped back....dont you all test and/or check your returns...and even if the customer says its fine, to keep the next customer from buying junk, seems like that would be a process...not to put junk back out on the floor....so now, tomorrow, Christmas eve, on a very busy day with family, we have to stop what we are doing and bring this piece of junk back to the store on new circle,!!! and worse...they dont have one I can exchange....this isnt the first time this has happen....its every other electronic, or appliance I buy from there....Not Happy..Terry D......

I went to the salon at this location with my friend. First when told there was no wait when we got there we ended up waiting 30-40 mins for a stylist. Then the stylist, named Tasha, wash and cut my friends hair first and then told us if she blow-dried my friends hair she wouldnt cut mine because it was too close to closing time, so my friend ended up blow drying and styling her on her just to find that the stylist cut her hair an inch and a half shorter than she wanted. The stylists reply, "Its hair it will grow give it a month." Then when the stylist finally got to cutting my hair she cut mine shorter than I specified and it is not even in the front or in the back. Then while cutting the back of my hair she was talking on her damned cell phone! When she was done cutting my hair she offered to blow-dry mine even though she refused to do the same with my friend! I will never let that woman within 10 ft of me with a pair of scissors again!

I have only lived near this Walmart about a month and a half and already despise this store!! Lines are almost always long with only hand full of registers open. They will announce over intercom to use lawn & garden but you go back there and nobody on that register either. Heaven forbid you need to get anything from that department as well a couple was needing some things in that department and as I was walking by they said they had been waiting 45 minutes on an associate and this was an afternoon on a Saturday. The manager of this place is incompetent at best and needs replaced or close this place. I know travel an extra 5 minutes to Greg Lag way where this problem doesnt exist. So avoid this hole and take a few more minutes travel and still be home sooner than using this place!!!

This walmart has terrible merchandising. It always looks like a thift store inside. At my last visit, I watched a lady working the self checkout yell at these customers for asking to checkout because she was going on break. As I leave, I am asked to see my receipt for my 12 pack of Pepsi I just purchased. She just watched me checkout with it as we made eye contact. The cashier was really nice! (The best part of the visit) I asked what does this pertain to, she said it was not in a bag. I will make sure I will ask for a bag for my 12 pack next time so I am not being accused of stealing. The police parked outside every time I visit here should be an indicator they have a Lost prevention issue.

First I wish I could rate a 0. Only went there because Wal-Mart is the only store that carries my lipstick. However I dont care how far I have to drive to get it. I will NEVER EVER GO TO NEW CIRCLE WAL-MART AGAIN. Literally was in line for 50 minutes. Everyone around me was calling management if you could even call them that. They answered NO ONES CALLS. YET I seen one walk by with his head down never looking up, I mean REALLY!. NO one Ever called up to help checkout. No Cms in sight. I have NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED A RETAIL CHAIN THIS HORRIBLE!! When you have lines backed up into the and past the clothing would you not think something should be done. They Suck So bad Period!!!

Me gusta mucho ir a éste lugar de compras porque encuentro todo lo que necesito.Generalmente me atienden bien pero lo que no me gusta es que en la noche estan las grandes filas para pagar y se pierde mucho tiempo, pienso que si van a tener la tienda abierta siempre debe haber cajas disponibles para pagar y no hacer esperar tanto al cliente.

Not my preferred WalMart in Lexington but the most convenient when Im in town or to/from work. The employees are great. The store has all the standard stuff and is kept as neat as possible. The store mainly has a bad rap and can have bad vibes due to the higher then normal crime rate. You will normally find at least one+ PD car by the door. Its sad but due to some people who choose to do unsavory things in life that a WalMart which is a family go to place for pretty much anything daily living associated has to have additional security and oversight. I highly recommend one be more vigilant and aware if shopping here then you may be at other stores.

This is the closest walmart to me and its definitely not the best area in town. There is always a cop there.. lets just leave it at that. I have tried other walmarts in Lexington and they arent true Walmart Supercenters like this one is except for one in Hamburg which is far away from me. Other than the people that shop here scaring you this is a good walmart. There are always enough registers open (unlike other walmarts!) and everything is usually stocked up when I go there. Just lock your car and make sure you have a man with you if you are a woman. Oh and the salon- just stay away if you have white girl hair.
