Hate every visit there! I go hoping that some different people work there but never changes. The checkout is awful and excruciatingly painful! The women talk among theirselves instead of waiting on customers even with a long line they stand at the registers leaned over having conversations. The worst Ross yet next to Macon Ga! They love to ignore people by looking as if they are busy with Buggys and hangers while none of those things needs attention. On several occasions Ive put my stuff down and walked out! I will not waste my time there again. Everyone save yourself a visit and go somewhere else, it never changes.

Severely under-staffed. The selection of discounted clothes and home goods is adequate but not amazing. I wanted to purchase some sunglasses but no one was behind the counter to help (most options were locked in a glass case) and the one person we could find to help, declined saying they had to get the check out line down first. Speaking of, the line to check out was super long and only got longer. Many sections were poorly stocked. It would have been a much better shopping experience if they were adequately staffed, which would have solved most issues I encountered during my visit.

Love this shop. Great choice of everything! They have a great selection of kitchen supply and home goods. If you just move to Peachtree city its your first help. I think the colection of dresses for weeman is much better than in other ROSS shops. Here you will find everything you need for your new home for the very reasonable price.

Has a lot of nice things, but customer service not so nice.. my card failed at the register because it was anew card. Once I asked if KAREEMA could hold my things . She acted as if I was a inconvenience to her.. really was awkward, I said sorry you have to ring it up again, her response was "yea because I have a lot of customers."

The lines here are always super longggggg, at the most they will have 2 cashiers open. They always greet you when you enter but their attitudes when you get to the check out lines are horrible!
