Deceptive. Items seem good and good prices BUT the trick is the return policy. Manager says: If tags are removed from clothes. No return. If item shrinks. No return. If heel breaks from shoe, even if you just tried it on at home and it is still tagged. No return. Go to Target or Kohls... ANYWHERE else, as other stores will defiantly accept accountability for the products they sell. MARSHALLS DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. NOT EVEN AS EXCHANGE.

This place is a joke. The staff is moronic, the prices are outrageous, and the selection is horrible. This is one more store that just hasnt been killed off by the internet, yet. The whole place was empty; there were two customers, about a dozen staff, and I swear the giant box it is housed in had an echo. Dont waste your time or your money.

The dressing rooms are really good. The lighting is flattering, the mirror is nice, and there is plenty of space to hang the things you are trying. The staff is helpful and the store is very tidy.

If I could give a negative star rating on the horrible customer service, I would do so. The employees are absolutely horrible with their service . They discriminate against people with accents.

Pretty neat store, helpful staff, wheelchair accessible, ample parking, located near other specialty shops within the plaza. You can trust the sales and the merchandise.

Cashiers were friendly. Not much in the mens clothing department. Maybe its like that at all locations? Was just very obvious here.
