I noticed in Sundays adthere was a promotion for the Samsung Galaxy 8 + for all major carriers. The offer pertain to upgrade new line with activation with the $200 gift card for Target. I went online for 4 days making sure that this was the best offer. I did the order and reserved it with a qualified upgrade for AT&T service. I arrived at the store yesterday June 16th around 6:30. The first problem of my visit I stood in the department in front of the phone displays. I noticed there were two Associates and I believe one to be a customer. No one addressed me one associate was on his cell phone texting. Another associate which was a female was sitting in a chair with a client. I believe the client to actually be a friend not an actual client. I stood there in front of the display for more than 10 minutes with no one contacting from the Department. Another associate in another department noticed me standing there. Then actually contacted me and asked me that I need help and then told me that the Associates in the department would help me. Then the young lady and the department explained to the young man which phone to go in the back and get me. About 2 to 3 minutes later the lady asked me for some personal information and at that point I really should have already had left because the customer service was not there. Before the gentleman Returns the young lady is still talking to the client that was sitting to the far left of me. The young lady was discussing with a teammate about paying a bill and being able to get a phone today. Once the lady got up from the seat to make a phone call. The teammate then ask me a few more questions. Once we discuss that it was AT&T and it was upgrade she informed me that the offer for the $200 gift card was not offered for AT&T. Now Ive been on the website for 4 days I actually reserve the phone to different times. The website does show that is eligible for upgrade with activation with an offer of a $200 gift card for Target. She offered to keep my information for a later date for a promotion for AT&T upgrade. The website shows that it is available for upgrades for AT&T through Saturday June 17th. I have decided that I guess no longer will I be pursuing any purchases with Target mobile because I believe the Associates at the time chose socializing and texting on their phone to be more important. I just believe that we should have Associates there that believe in customer service and providing the best solutions for their clients. And if there is ever a misprint or a recollection that should be made so that the client is not left with wrong information.

This is the nastiest Target Ive ever been to. The mens bathroom was trashed and smelled horrible, and my wife said the womens restroom was the same way. The floors of the actual store were all dirty and nasty, lots of merchandise was either out of stock or horribly disorganized (with no accurate price tags to be found) and a bunch of things in the personal care/beauty aisles looked like they had been opened up and spilled everywhere and shoved back on the shelves. I understand the holiday season is probably a crazy time and all, but whoever manages this store should be ashamed of themselves. People are generally willing to pay more at Target so they dont have to go to Walmart, but this place was looking worse than any Walmart store that Ive ever seen. I regret not taking photos to show someone at corporate just how bad it was.

This location is convenient in comparison to where I live. Im usually able to find some nice home furnishings and food deals. Being that I am huge on cleanliness and service when I go places, I am usually torn! Because they are always very clean but the service is non-existent. I guess you cant ask for too much these days as great service is sparse! I always stop into Starbucks to grab my fav on the way out!!! All in all, Id recommend this target if you already know what youre shopping for or like to shop on your own without receiving any help. Would also be a lot better if there was a better company next door... so I could go to a couple places at once! Bealls always has a deserted parking lot and from the one time Ive been in there I can see why.

I am highly upset with this Target location. I purchased a point and shoot camera for my boyfriend on Thursday, 1/24/13. We took the camera home and he didnt open the box until 1/26/13 and discovered that the camera was used. He took the camera back to the store and the store manager and his two customer service representatives, told him that he couldnt exchange it because the serial numbers did not match. This is unacceptable. If I dont receive an exchange or my money back. I will write on all of my blogs and result to Twitter and warn all of my 13775 Twitter followers about it. Not to mention my blog sites get over 1,000,000 monthly hits.

The store had what I wanted...unfortunately, I got my boyfriend the wrong size underwear and they wanted to charge us to exchange them for the right size two days later (unopened). REALLY? How often are clothes purchased as gifts in the right size or right color? Are you really going to charge the gift recipient for exchanges. Very disappointing for what I thought was pretty basic customer service.... On top of that the "customer service" desk certainly shouldnt have had that title as I shouldnt be belittled for expecting to get a hassle free.

The only thing I didnt like was inside they call the number for the customer to come and get his food when he went to the table he realized it was the wrong food so he took it back to the counter and they gave him the right food the cashier took his food that he brought back and give it back to the person over the counter and then the worker took the food off the plate and sell it to another customer youre not supposed to do that you supposed to throw it away when a customer already put their hand on it just dont give it to another customer

I had a great visit at my local target , this was my second time going into the target so I wasnt really familiar with where everything was located. So I went up front and asked someone where I could find some command tape and this woman named jabria was very helpful she even offered to walk with me to show me exactly where it was. I decided to check out with her and she was just amazing all smiles and full of conversation ....I will be coming to this target more often just because of the great customer service I received yesterday

Edited: weve returned many things to this Target after weve gotten home and discovered the items were broken or different from what we saw in store. Im suspicious that theyve restocked the shelves with returned items. All the staff was incredibly friendly, and they offered a fair selection of the items we needed.

Its different from most Target locations because things arent where they would usually be. And the employees act like Wal Mart employees-they play around with each other a lot and dont really care when it comes to helping customers. However there are some good employees but the bad seeds ruin it.
