After purchasing a$1700 riding mower, the battery lost its charge in less than a year. I called ahead to be sure it was covered under warranty and the woman I spoke to said it was so I left my house and came out immediately. After arriving in about 45 minutes, the manager told me she couldnt replace my battery because the auto center was closed. I asked her to give me a battery out of one of the floor models and she said she couldnt. She made no attempt to offer me any sorry of "consulation" prize or any sorry of discount on anything. She made no attempt to rectify the situation. Ill never buy another product from Sears again

Walked out after waiting an hour for an "appropriate" salesperson to "sell me" the washer/dryer I already had picked out. Sad because it was the first place I thought of to buy an appliance. Home depot had me checked out in 5 minutes. Never will return to Sears.
