I made a purchase at this Sears location on 4/27 and attempted to return some of the items on 6/17. I was told by the associate that the store has a 30 day return policy which is not printed anywhere on the receipt that I had in hand. I was told that the return policy is posted on a table with several other things and also not at eye level or right next to the register. I asked to speak to a manger where I was rudely told there is nothing they could do that was their stores policy. As I walked away the associates laughed when there was nothing funny at all. Im not upset that the store has a 30 day policy for returns what bothered me was the fact the return policy isnt listed on the receipt and the associate that rung up my purchase never mentioned or asked if I knew what the stores return policy was. Im not a frequent shopper of Sears and wasnt aware of the return policy, at this point I will NEVER shop at Sears again.

Walked in and notice the bare shelfs, empty display boxes in the isles, poor markings of price tags and two young boys arguing about whos taking their break first.
